Research On The Construction And Application Of Credit Evaluation System For Wind Power Enterprises In China

Wind power enterprise in our country after rapid development,has entered the industrialization,the increasingly fierce market competition,with the rapid development of our industry and economy,the demand for energy dependence and constantly improve,our country is faced with fuel reserves dwindling,efficient use of renewable energy has become a development trend of wind power enterprises will become one of the absolute main force of the renewable energy companies.Wind power enterprises want to stand out in the market without financial support,but the more stringent financial institutions lending policies,lead to account for larger wind power enterprise financing,financing difficulties,it is difficult to expand,and credit evaluation can promote the financial institutions and investors to better understand enterprise credit situation,this article from the perspective of a third party,based on the characteristics of wind power enterprises and its influence factors to build a set of targeted credit evaluation index system,so as to reduce the losses caused by information asymmetry for both borrowers and lenders,help to wind power enterprises to carry out the strategy of financing expansion planning,at the same time provide a reference for investors rational investment,Increase the probability of enterprises obtaining external financial support.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of wind power enterprises and relevant factors affecting the credit of wind power enterprises.On the basis of previous studies,it constructs a credit evaluation index system for wind power enterprises from the perspective of a third party,so as to improve the objective accuracy of the evaluation results.The credit evaluation index system includes corporate credit ethics,social responsibility fulfillment,r&d competitiveness,product quality and safety,and industrial chain operation on behalf of the non-financial status of the enterprise,as well as solvency,profitability,operation ability and development ability on behalf of the financial status,a total of 28 evaluation indexes.Factor analysis was used to test the effectiveness of the selected indicators,and the evaluation indicators were given weights,and the comprehensive credit score of the enterprise was obtained through calculation.Then apply this building wind power enterprise credit evaluation system and methods,selected case A,B two wind power enterprises,the evaluation to analyze its credit standing,A enterprise credit score higher than B enterprise,is A enterprise credit level is higher,the results are consistent with the actual development situation,showed that wind power enterprise credit evaluation model built in this paper has certain rationality and practical,the evaluationresult is according to the case of enterprise and the remaining problems put forward to enhance the ability of wind power enterprise credit management.The author hopes that through the exploration of the credit evaluation system model of wind power enterprises,financial institutions and investors can accurately and comprehensively grasp the credit situation of enterprises and make scientific decisions,so as to promote the enterprises to improve their own credibility and social image.
