In the winter of north China,ice and snow lead to the decrease of road adhesion coefficient,which can easily cause traffic accidents and pose a serious threat to driving safety.Effective measures must be taken to clear the snow and ice on the road in winter.At present,the commonly methods of cleaning ice and snow including spraying chlorine salt snow-melting agent,artificial snow removal and mechanical snow removal.However,the artificial snow removal method requires a lot of manpower,and the efficiency is still very low;the mechanical snow removal method is easy to cause damage to the road surface;the method of spraying chlorine salt snow melting agent will corrode the steel and damage the surrounding environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a kind of ice inhibitor with good melting effect and environmental protection.From the perspective of environmental protection,this article developed an internallyadmixed anti-coagulant ice agent with good snow melting effect and good slow-release performance based on acetate.Considering the environmental protection and snow-melting and ice-inhibiting ability of the internally blended ice inhibitor,three salt A1,A2 and A3 were finally selected as the formulation of the ice inhibitor.At the same time,the corrosion inhibitor,With slow-release agent and granulation method,two environmentally friendly ice inhibitor are prepared,named MEP-1 and MEP-2,and the snow melting and ice suppression performance and road performance of the ice inhibitor have been studied in detail.The methods and conclusions are as follows:(1)Using the simplex center of gravity method,conduct an ice melting test to obtain the relationship between the ratio of the main materials and the snow melting ability.Combining its snow melting ability and environmental protection performance,it can be determined that the formula of the ice inhibitor is:Ice inhibitor MEP-1: m(A1)=70%,m(A2)=30%,m(A3)=0%Ice inhibitor MEP-2: m(A1)=0%,m(A2)=100%,m(A3)=0%(2)Corrosion test measured the relative corrosion rate of M1,M2,M3 three corrosion inhibitors to the steel plate.The relative corrosion rate of M1 was 20.2%,the relative corrosion rate of M2 was 50%,and the relative corrosion rate of M3 was 17.5 %.Combining the performance and economy of the corrosion inhibitor itself,M1 is finally used as the corrosion inhibitor of the ice inhibitor.(3)Select the coating material through the film formation test.Both C1 and linseed oil will oxidize to form a film,but C1 takes a longer time to form a film.By testing the amount of salt released by Marshall specimens coated with C1 and linseed oil,it is found that the specimens coated with C1 have a better slow-release effect,and the salt analysis is not obvious after soaking,and it can meet the salt content required by the specification.Release <0.4% requirement.However,the slow-release effect of the test piece coated with linseed oil is poor,and the salt release is more than 0.4%,which does not meet the requirements of the specification.Therefore,C1,which has a faster film-forming effect and a better slowrelease effect,is the best choice for film-forming materials.(4)Test the p H value,freezing point,melting rate and salt release of bituminous mixtures with different content of ice inhibitors.It is found that with the increase of the amount of ice inhibitor,the snow melting effect of the ice inhibitor will be better.And the snow-melting performance of MEP-1 is better than MEP-2,but MEP-2 is more environmentally friendly than MEP-1.(5)Inspect the road performance and snow melting effect of bituminous mixtures with 3%-6% content of ice inhibitor and determine the optimal content of ice inhibitor.Through the test results,it is found that with the increase of the content of the ice inhibitor,the snow melting and ice suppression effect of the bituminous mixture will be better,but the road performance of the bituminous mixture will decrease,but it can reach the specified standards.The road performance of the anti-condensation ice agent decreases significantly when the dosage exceeds 5%,so it is determined that the optimal dosage of the ice inhibitor is 5%.In addition to meeting the requirements for snow melting and ice suppression,the internally blended acetate ice inhibitor studied in this paper can also be degraded in the soil without destroying the characteristics of the soil.It is an environmentally friendly ice inhibitor.In the bituminous pavement,the effective components of the Environment protecting ice inhibitor are slowly and long-term released under the action of the slowrelease agent to achieve long-term snow melting and ice suppression effects,which will bring huge economic benefits.
