With the increase of heavy vehicles and traffic volume,rutting becomes one of the main diseases of asphalt pavement in China.The rutting seriously reduces the performance of asphalt pavement,affects the service quality and service life of the road,and it is very difficult to repair,which has become an urgent problem to solve.How to improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture and reduce rutting of asphalt pavement is one of the important directions in the field of pavement.In this paper,the road performance of the asphalt mixture added with new anti-rutting DXG-1 is studied in this paper,and the optimum range of the anti-rutting agent is determined.The effects of SBS modification and anti-rutting on the high temperature stability,low temperature cracking resistance and water stability of the asphalt mixture are compared and analyzed,and the ABAQUS finite element is used.The rutting resistance of DXG-1 rutting agent at different temperatures was simulated and analyzed by software.The anti-rutting agent is mainly to improve the anti-rutting ability of asphalt mixture.Through rutting test,it is concluded that DXG-1 anti-rutting agent significantly improves the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture.Combined with Marshall test,the optimum range of rutting resistance is obtained.The water stability and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture were studied by immersion Marshall test,low temperature bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test.The test structure shows that the water temperature and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture mixed with rutting agent are improved.After adding DXG-1 anti-rutting agent,the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture is much greater than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture,and the water stability of the mixture is close,but the low temperature performance of the mixture of anti-rutting agent is slightly lower.Creep parameters of three kinds of materials at different temperatures were obtained through creep test,and finite element simulation analysis was carried out with the modified Burgers model.The simulation results show that the deformation of rutting is not uniform,and it increases with the increase of axle load.The rutting deformation rule is as follows: in the early stage,the rutting depth grows rapidly,and the later growth rate gradually decreases.The influence of temperature on rutting is very large.With the increase of temperature,the rutting deformation rate of asphalt pavement is increasing.
