As an important channel connecting the sea and land logistics service supply chain,ports have played an active role.The competition between ports has gradually evolved into the competition of logistics service supply chains.The general port supply chain consisting of logistics service capability providers such as ports and shipping companies lacks the strategic expertise required to operate across multiple supply chains.Competitiveness is low,and social resources cannot be effectively used.This requires a 4PL integrator with excellent resource integration capabilities to optimize operational processes,integrate and expand members of the supply chain,and promote the greening of the port supply chain,so as to achieve the joint improvement of the economic and ecological benefits of supply chain members.Taking the port supply chain,which includes two logistics service suppliers(port and shipping company)and a forth party logistics(4PL)integrator,as study subject and considering the integrator's optimization effect on low carbon supply chain and operational efficiency,this paper studies the co-opetition and interest coordination between port supply chain members.The centralized model,decentralized model and coordination model were established respectively.Then,this article analyzed and compared the coordination effect of cost sharing contract,revenue sharing contract and volume reward and penalty contract on port supply chain.The results were compared and analyzed through numerical experiments.The study found that no matter whether the supply chain is coordinated through a coordination contract or whatever coordination contract is used,centralized decision-making is better than decentralized decision-making,and port and shipping alliances are better than independent decision-making.By setting appropriate contract parameters,effective coordination of the entire supply chain can be achieved.Among the three coordination contracts,only the revenue sharing contract cannot achieve Pareto improvement,and the revenue of the integrator is always damaged.When maximizing the revenue of the entire supply chain system is the goal,the revenue sharing contract is optimal;when maximizing the integrator's revenue is the goal,the volume reward and penalty contract is the best;when maximizing the revenue of the port and shipping company is the goal,the revenue sharing contract is the best.But the cost-sharing contract gets the highest overall KPI evaluation.The research results provide an effective reference for the management of the port logistics service supply chain.
