The Research On Coupling And Coordination Of Automobile Industry Clusters And Their Supply Chains

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the automobile industry has developed rapidly,and various regions have rushed to make the automobile industry a key support industry.The regional automobile industry cluster has achieved tremendous development and has become the main source of regional economic growth.In recent years,with the great development of modern information technology,the traditional single industry cluster model is no longer sufficient to promote rapid economic growth.It is urgent to seek new economic growth methods to integrate the production,development,and distribution activities in the automotive industry cluster.Embedded in all links in the automotive supply chain,the coupling of the two can achieve common development,which is of great significance to promote the overall growth of the regional economy.This article takes the automobile industry cluster and its supply chain as the research object,and comprehensively uses the literature review method,mathematical statistical analysis method,empirical analysis method and other methods to carry out related research work.First,sort out the theoretical literature related to automobile industry clusters,automobile supply chains,and coupling coordination at home and abroad to provide a theoretical basis for the coupling of automobile industry clusters and supply chains;then,use structural equation modeling(SEM)to build automobile industry clusters and their supply chains Use SPSS25.0 software to perform Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test and KMO test on statistical indicators,and apply AMOS software to fit and verify the indicator system of factors affecting development,and obtain the level of various indicators that affect its development.Secondly,take the automobile in Chang-Zhu-Tan area as an example,analyze its basic advantages and development status,and put forward its existing problems;then,establish the coupling coordination degree model of Chang-Zhu-Tan automobile industry cluster and supply chain,and select Chang-Zhu-Tan in 2008-2018 An empirical analysis of the relevant data of the automobile industry shows that as of 2018,the development of the automobile industry cluster and its supply chain in Chang-Zhu-Tan area has been in a moderately coordinated stage;finally,in terms of the degree of coupling and coordination,the government and enterprises Suggestions are given to promote the coordinated development of the Chang-Zhu-Tan automobile industry cluster and its supply chain coupling.
