Based on the concept of architecture's whole life period,with the multi-criteria decision analysis and analytic hierarchy process,the decision model of the existing public buildings' green renovation is given.The model can give a satisfactory solution for different targets,in order to meet the decision makers preferences.Summarizing the existing public buildings' current situation in Wuhan,from the retaining structure,the energy systemsand its energy consumption status,discussed existing public buildings' reconstruction range,analyzed and discussed the feasibility of existing public buildings green renovation,and drawn in the conclusion that existing public buildings could be implemented green transformation in Wuhan,but the protection of building's personality and particularity should be considered.With the energy efficiency measurement method which are the software simulation and energy audit,the appropriate technologies and energy-saving potential of the retaining structure's and energy systems' green transformation are discussed.Based on the concept of architecture's whole life period,“Public Buildings Reconstruction technical specifications of JGJ176-2009” and “Green Rretrofitting Evaluation Standard of GB / T51141-2015”,the existing public buildings' green renovation of costs,operating efficiency,energy efficiency,carbon reduction and the division of internal and external benefits are discussed.Green renovation of existing buildings involving multiple targets energy efficiency,carbon reduction benefits,operational benefits and investment scale,there is a certain contradiction between the targets.The paper used the MCDA and AHP to establish the decision model of economic efficiency,energy efficiency,emission reduction efficiency and the scale of investment,and the calculation method of synthetic utility value were given.Decision-makers could participate in the decision-making process and intervention,and could choose different targets under the program satisfaction.In addition,discussing it combined with case.
