Under the environment of vigorously developing green construction in our country,prefabricated construction is advocated and valued by the state because of its advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,shortening construction period and reducing on-site labor force.Prefabricated construction will become an inevitable way of transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.With the strong support of government departments,the prefabricated construction method has gained some experience and preliminary results in the actual project construction.However,prefabricated construction is still in its infancy in China,and there are still many problems in its landing and implementation.The prominent problem is that in the process of application of prefabricated technology,there are technical conflicts due to incompatibility of technical systems,which hinders the improvement of the quality of prefabricated construction.This requires all teams in the project to carry out technology integration and innovation activities through cross-organizational cooperation.However,the willingness to cooperate across organizations is usually alleviated by the concerns brought about by transaction cost effect.Repeated cooperation at project team level can alleviate project team’s fear of innovation and cooperation due to transaction costs and improve the efficiency of technology integration and innovation.However,due to the weak stability of engineering supply chain,the reunion opportunities of cross-organizational teams in projects are restricted by industry characteristics,which restricts the realization of team rework.Therefore,under the requirement of all-round technology integration and innovation through the re-work of cross-organizational teams,and taking "team reunion" as the breakthrough point,it reveals the conditions for promoting the cross-organizational team to achieve repeated cooperation,which is a realistic problem to be solved urgently.Good performance record is the focus of repeated cooperative research,but it has limitations in the competitive market environment.The network citizenship behavior of project team can objectively promote the re-trading and re-cooperation of enterprises,thus improving the project reunion opportunities of each team.Undoubtedly,it is another condition besides "team reunion" of enterprise performance behavior.Based on this,this paper reveals the project citizenship behavior of design team in the project,the impact on other project team colleagues’ network citizenship behavior after project completion,studies the formation mechanism of "team reunion" oriented network citizenship behavior,and explores how the traditional technology integrator-design team can use other team colleagues’ network citizenship behavior to promote it.It provides management enlightenment for the use of repeated cooperation means to deal with the difficulty of cooperation which hinders the technological integration and innovation activities in the process of prefabricated construction.On the basis of literature research and from the perspective of network citizenship behavior,this paper constructs a model of project citizenship behavior-social capital-network citizenship behavior.By using online questionnaire and field survey,193 valid questionnaires were obtained in Beijing,Tianjin,Shanxi,Henan and Shandong.Structural equation analysis method is used to carry out an empirical test.The research finds that the four dimensions of project citizenship behavior of the designer have direct or indirect effects on the three dimensions of network citizenship behavior of former project colleagues;the three dimensions of social capital play an effective intermediary role in the formation mechanism of network citizenship behavior,in which the relationship dimension(trust)plays a complete mediating role between project compliance and network-related loyalty,and also plays a part of mediating role between project loyalty and network-related loyalty;structural dimension(interaction)plays a part of mediating role between helping behavior and positive relationship management;Cognitive dimension(common language)has no mediating role between individual initiative and self-development.This paper provides management suggestions on how to stimulate the network citizenship behavior of project colleagues in the post-project period for the design units of prefabricated construction projects,and provides conditional paths for project participants to participate in enterprise and team repeated cooperation aiming at promoting the performance of technology integration innovation.
