| As a high-performance asphalt pavement,Stone Mastic Asphalt or Stone Matrix Asphalt(SMA)is widely used at home and abroad due to its excellent anti-sliding performance,high rutting resistance and durability.application.The primary function of the traditional SMA fiber is to adsorb and stabilize the asphalt,to ensure the dripping,leakage and damage of the cement in the mixing,transportation and paving process of the SMA mixture with large oil-stone ratio,and to prevent segregation and oil in the construction.However,the addition of fibers results in a decrease in the mixing efficiency of the SMA mixture;the difference in fiber quality results in an unstable performance of the SMA mixture;the higher factory temperature also causes the aged asphalt to age seriously,thereby affecting the quality of the mixture;People and the environment have an adverse impact.Based on this,this paper conducts indoor and applied research on "new fiber-free SMA technology".The article first studied the properties of cementitious materials.Based on the working principle of warming agent and the requirement of fiberless SMA for the viscosity of cementing materials,a surface-active type of temperature-improved mixing method was used to improve the compaction properties of the mixture without reducing the viscosity of the binder.Agent.And test and analysis of temperature mixed agent on asphalt binder properties.Secondly,test and analyze various technical indexes of raw materials,select raw materials that meet the specification requirements,and determine the methods and steps required for this indoor test.By comparing the compaction characteristics of the mixture,the French rotary compactor PCG3 and Marshall compaction method were used to test the compaction characteristics of the two SMAs.The range of fiberless SMA whetstone ratio,the amount of Evotherm M1,and the forming temperature were determined by theoretically calculating the volume parameters and the mixture leak test.Then,the basic road performance of the two SMA compounds was compared and tested,including high temperature performance,low temperature performance,fatigue performance,and water stability.The results show that the fiberless SMA has advantages over the ordinary SMA in terms of rug development speed,permanent deformation,high temperature durability,and splitting strength.This study relied on the test section of the road and road surface disease treatment project in the Shi’an section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao expressway to design the production mix of hot storage materials.At the same time,according to the specificity of the fiberless SMA mixture,the temperature and process in the construction process are controlled in a targeted manner,and the conditions for road use after work are tested and evaluated.There was no cracking in the road surface for 2 years,showing good resistance to temperature shrinkage,resistance to load,and ability to reduce reflection cracks.Finally,fiberless SMA can significantly improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption and emissions under the condition of ensuring the performance of asphalt mixture. |
