The main power source of new electric vehicles is electric energy.The use of electric vehicles can reduce the emission of harmful gases,which is of great significance for protecting the ecological environment.At present,many countries in the world are vigorously developing the electric vehicle industry.The charging process of electric vehicles requires some charging equipment.At present,most new electric vehicles use charging pile system to supply power,and the status of charging pile has an important impact on the development of electric vehicles.Therefore,it is of great significance in real life to design a charging pile that is safe,durable,fast and stable,and compatible with the interfaces of various brands of electric vehicles.In this paper,the charging characteristics of electric vehicle battery pack are fully studied.After analyzing the existing charging piles,a three-stage fast charging method with discharge depolarization is proposed,which improves the charging efficiency and speed on the premise of ensuring safety and reliability.Connect and communicate according to GB/T 20234 and GB/T 27930 to meet the good compatibility of charging piles.Hardware design adopts functional modular design method,combining power electronics technology and single chip microcomputer technology.Hardware design includes control system power supply circuit,charging unit circuit,signal acquisition unit circuit and other modules,while completing the research and development of related software.According to the characteristics of intelligent charging pile,such as strong time variation,multi-parameter and non-linearity,a fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is designed in this paper,which can self-adjust the proportional,integral and differential constants online during charging process to improve the overall charging performance of the charging pile.Through simulation analysis,the fuzzy PID control system is adopted.Compared with the traditional PID control system,it can obtain better dynamic and static performance,improve anti-interference performance and robustness in practical application.Simulation results prove that the algorithm achieves the purpose of optimizing charging control.
