As an important part of the drag system,motor plays a key role in the national economy.It almost permeates every part of the industries and guarantee the industry、agriculture、national defense normal operation.So how to ensure the motor run correctly is very important.However,as the limitation of comprehensive protection controller in the actual use, the motor can not get effective protection in many cases.It frequently leads to burn down and security accidents. It costs much electricity and materials waste because of the motor damage. In particular case,it bring about huge losses on account of shutting down and the manufacture halt. Therefore how to improve the protection have significance in energy saving、production efficiency increasing、production safety ensuring.The main contents of this article are as follows:1.Considering the development status and the basic principles of Low-voltage motorcontroller, the hardware architecture based on the STM32F105 is fixed by analysis.Circuits of the hardware modules are designed.2.The embedded real-time operating system kernel FreeRTOS was ported to STM32F105.The verification and performance test experiments were done.On this basis,definedvarious functional tasks, and designed the program of each module.3.According to the characteristics of the information exchange between upper and lowercomputer, a reliable and efficient data communication protocol Modbus is developed anda host computer application test software is written using VC++. It realize the RS485communication between the computer and the controller.4.The hardware and software co-debugging experiment of the controller has been done.Protect performance was tested by simulating all kinds of real fault. Results of theapplication experiment show that hardware and software of the controller withcomprehensive function are reasonable.It can execute correctly and effectively in allkinds of fault and and the perfor mance meets application require ments.
