| As a new generation of light source,LED has attracted worldwide attention.It has the advantages of less energy consumption,high luminous rate,energy conservation and environmental protection,etc.In the current situation of global resource shortage,LED has a huge development prospect.When LED is used,we must have a dedicated voltage conversion equipment to provide a normal working environment for LED.The converter is a power adapter that needs to be added between the mains and the LED,the LED driving power LED driving power plays a crucial role in the life of LED.It can be said that 90% of LED damage is caused by LED driving power.Therefore,the quality of LED driving power has become a key factor in the development of LED industry.For this reason,many manufacturers point to LED driving power in the production of LED products.However,it is particularly important to effectively test LED driving power and analyze the test results in the mass production of LED driving power.This article mainly studies the performance parameters during the test to the LED driving power,and researches into a lot of papers and articles and the related standard,both within China and overseas.It has been cleared about the tests of the main performance parameters of the LED driving power.Taking Lab VIEW as the main test tool and algorithm analysis as the data analysis method,finally a set of LED driving power performance parameter test system is designed.Firstly,this paper analyzes relevant test standards at home and abroad.After analyzing the performance indexes of LED drive power supply,several important indexes are selected as the test objects in this paper.By considering both hardware and software,along with the situations of the laboratory,the hardware,software and algorithm of the intelligent test system are designed respectively,and the design scheme is drawn up according to the overall requirements of the experiment.The hardware part selects the appropriate instrument and equipment according to the selected parameters,designs and realizes the communication between the instrument and the upper computer,and completes the construction of the hardware part through assembly and connection.In the software part,all parameters were tested according to the selected device type,and the data measured in the experiment were saved locally or uploaded to the cloud through communication with the database.Finally,a test system with complete functions,simple and beautiful operation interface was designed.After the overall test framework is built,a large number of LED driving power sources are tested to obtain experimental data.Two algorithms,decision tree and random forest,are used for comparison,and a better model is trained to intelligentially classify and predict the unknown LED driving power sources.At the end of the paper,175 LED driving power supplies were tested,and the relevant data were analyzed.By comparing the models,a better model was obtained and the reliability of the model was verified.It has good practical value and enterprise application value. |
