In the process of the global auto industry's development,the growing energy crisis and environmental pollution problems had been mentioned and more and more attention,electric cars with low emissions,low heat dissipation,low noise advantages was attached great importance to environmental protection by countries around the world,the automobile industry gradually developed to the clean fuel cars and electric cars such as the new direction.Power battery is a major energy source of electric vehicle,its performance directly influences the quality of the whole electric cars.This paper launches the research on the design of the power battery testing platform,key study on the design of data acquisition and processing.In this paper,driving cycles test for power battery based on laboratory hardware detection system.First of all,an analysis of the overall testing platform design,it analyzes the main performance evaluation index and introduces the message format,in addition,the platform overall structure and modular software structure are discussed.Secondly,this article made a research on the design of power battery test platform for data acquisition and processing.Based on the virtual instrument software development platform LabVIEW design PC program.In this paper,the PCI-9810 CAN are connected to the CAN bus interface card to collect messages,hardware developers provides a dynamic link library to operate CAN card,using LabVIEW call library function node to configure the operation functions;And using LabVIEW and database connection technology for data storage and effective management of a large number of test data,the platform provides input interface to query through a database query processing for key data.This article also introduces the data transmission method between the data acquisition and data storage.In this paper,the data acquisition and data storage in the two loops,transfer data in the queue,improve the efficiency of the data acquisition,avoid the loss of data,etc.Finally this paper introduces the design of battery testing PC program.The design of the upper power battery test platform not only has usually function of sending work step command,and the function of collecting real time test data,but also deal with the machine switch and the channel limit,and design the functions such as data add and data check module,the user can add the battery type,battery record,and battery storage testing record;users also can check the information by the function of data showing,analyze data,query key and export data to Excel.Through the practice has proved that the test platform is simple and easy to use,and has stable operation.
