With the advent of the intelligent era and the rapid development of computer network technology,Internet of things technology,automatic control technology and artificial intelligence,traditional home has been unable to meet the needs of consumers,and the field of smart home has ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development.Initially,smart home were used to reduce their labor burdens for the elderly,the sick and the disabled,and then gradually changed to ordinary homes to provide users with smarter,more convenient,more comfortable and safer living environment.The threshold of smart home control system is not high.Only one portable control terminal,one control center,multiple sensors and controller communication modules can realize a set of control system.However,the current intelligent degree of smart home system is still very low,how to improve the intelligence of the system,has become the key to the study of smart home system.This paper proposes a smart home control system design based on improved LSTM and Android by studying smart home control system.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of the topic,and the development status of smart home technology at home and abroad is described.From the user’s point of view,it analyzes the user’s demand for smart home and gives a feasible overall design.Secondly,using a combination of multiple communication technologies such as IR,RF,En Ocean and Wi Fi,and the use of Android mobile devices as control terminals,an APP has been written to achieve remote control of home appliances.Thirdly,the indoor environment comfort prediction model is built by LSTM neural network.As the complexity and variability of smart home environment and the loss of data collected by hardware system,through the clustering and normalization of data,improve the quality and accuracy of the predictive data collection.Finally,in order to improve the intelligence of the system,the prediction model is optimized by PSO,and the adaptive control system for home equipment is designed.The prediction results are obtained in the actual simulation,which improves the prediction accuracy.Experiments show that under the normal working conditions of the system,users can achieve remote monitoring of household appliances through the application software installed on the mobile device.At the same time,the system can achieve adaptive automatic control,and it has stable performance and higher intelligence.
