The construction industry is the core industry that drives the rapid growth of the national economy and plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining national economic growth and improving the living standards of residents.With the transformation of the domestic economy from high-speed growth to high-quality,high-efficiency growth,the construction industry has gradually transitioned from the incremental era to the stock era.The construction industry has entered the era of stocks,which means that the competition in the construction market will become more and larger.As far as construction companies are concerned,whether they can occupy a place in the fierce market competition environment,the project cost management level will undoubtedly play a pivotal role.At present,Chinese construction companies pay more attention to schedule and quality management in project management,while ignoring cost management,there are some shortcomings in project cost management in practice.In terms of theoretical research,domestic researchers are still in the study of project cost management.In the theoretical discussion stage,more in-depth research is needed in conjunction with practical projects.In order to improve the level of project cost management of construction enterprises and enrich the research of project cost management,following the research idea of "raising questions-theoretical research-case analysis-method improvement-result summary",the R construction project of TJZ Company is taken as a research case and adopted.By means of literature research,investigation and case analysis,this paper analyses the current situation and problems of cost management of R construction project of TJZ Company,and puts forward relevant improvement suggestions,with a view to improving the level of cost management of TJZ Company and providing reference for the improvement of cost management efficiency of similar projects.The concrete conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the current situation of R construction project cost management of TJZ Company was analyzed.Based on the investigation and study of R construction project of TJZ Company,the cost management mode of R construction project,the deviation between actual cost and planned cost of R construction project and its causes are analyzed.Secondly,the problems of R construction project cost management of TJZ company are analyzed.According to the current situation of R construction project cost management in TJZ Company,further research has been carried out.It is found that there are some problems in R construction project cost management,such as imperfect cost management responsibility system,insufficient dynamic cost management,backward quality cost management and weak contract management consciousness.Thirdly,put forward the proposal to improve the cost management mode of R construction project of TJZ company.According to the problems existing in the cost management of R construction project of TJZ Company,some improvement suggestions are put forward,such as perfecting the responsibility system of cost management,establishing the dynamic cost control system,optimizing quality cost management and strengthening contract management.
