With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of the national demand for daily life,the Harmony CRH has become an indispensable means of transportation for modern people to travel.In order to ensure the safe operation of the CRH and provide passengers with higher and more comfortable high-quality services,the accompanying CRH overhaul and testing technology has also been continuously updated.At present,in the process of returning to the factory for maintenance and maintenance of CRHs,some reconnection inspection tests often require the cooperation of two trains of CRHs.The existing problem is that there is no other vehicle inthe maintenance workshop of the single train CRHs to cooperate in reconnection test s.The system test is the key test item in the reconnection test.Therefore,it is necessary to develop and design a monitoring device for the reconnection monitoring PIS sy stem equipment of the high-speed CRH,which is hereinafter referred to as a PIS reconnection simulation monitoring device.Due to the high standards and high requirements of train safety in China’s railway system.In this paper,an in-depth study of the operation process of the high-speed CRH PIS system is carried out.By analyzing the application background of the system and the actual needs of customers,the design and implementation of the monitoring of the PIS system equipment on the train under the simulated reconnection state of CRH5.(1)The overall scheme design of PIS reconnection simulation monitoring device.According to the design requirements,human-computer interaction can be realized,with real-time display monitoring function.Specifically,it can monitor and store UIC568 audio signals,and parse control commands transmitted on the train-level RS485 control bus.(2)Hardware design of PIS reconnection simulation monitoring device.The hardw are design of the device adopts modular design,which is divided into system main control module,UIC568 audio signal acquisition input module,digital audio to analog output module,digital signal processing acquisition input module,485 conversion module and ETH data communication module.The main control module of the device system uses an embedded platform based on the ARM-Cortex-m4 architecture,which can control the entire monitoring system and perform logical processing judgment on each data.The system main control module includes the control circuit of the main controller CPU.RS485 drive circuit,serial port drive circuit,etc.The RS485 control signal input module realizes real-time collection of vehicle-level RS485 control bus control commands.UIC568 audio signal acquisition input module realizes real-time acquisition,conversion and storage of audio signals.The digital audio-to-analog output module reali zes the playback and output of audio data through speakers.The digital signal process ing acquisition input module realizes real-time digital signal acquisition and status acquisition.The ETH data communication module adopts the physical layer of the expandable integrated chip with MAC + PHY,and connects the entire detection system to the Ethernet through the Ethernet interface.(3)Software program design of PIS reconnection simulation monitoring device.According to the actual functional requirements,the overall architecture of PIS reconnection simulation monitoring device software is developed and designed.It mainly includes two parts,the first part is the software design of the monitoring computer application layer,which mainly includes UDP communication,the upper computer monitoring software interface development;the second part is the driver design of the lower com puter monitoring software,mainly including the Ethernet driver,RS485 driver,serial driver,audio signal acquisition input and output driver,etc.(4)Equipment function test of PIS reconnection simulation monitoring device.Through the simulation and actual field test of the device function,it is verified whether the tested object can complete the test task efficiently and reliably.The main test content is the test of establishing the reconnection network,the broadcast test of the driver and crew,the telephone intercom test of the train crew and the 485 control command test.
