The scroll compressor has a simple structure,stable operation,and high compression performance.It occupies an important position in various types of compressors,and has good market prospects and research value.At present,scroll compressors can be applied in the fields of air conditioning,automotive,medical and vacuum technology,but there are still some problems in terms of exhaust volume and service life.Therefore,in order to solve the problems of the scroll compressor,it is necessary to further understand the principle of the scroll compressor,to obtain the change of the internal flow field during the operation of the scroll compressor,and then to optimize the design of the scroll compressor.This paper first introduces the main structure and working principle of the scroll compressor.Based on the profile on the scroll of the scroll compressor,the mathematical model and thermodynamic model of the scroll compressor are established.After analyzing the numerical calculation method of the scroll compressor,it was determined that the simplified scroll model body was meshed with an unstructured triangular prism grid,and the unsteady flow and internal fluid were used in the simulation process.Select the ideal gas,use the standard turbulence model,and use the dynamic mesh technology and interface technology combined with the spring approximate smooth model and the partial redrawing model to complete the re-dividing of the scroll compressor’s mesh after the boundary movement,so that It can be carried out to complete the simulation,and the information of the pressure field,temperature field and velocity vector field in the pressure chamber of the scroll compressor at each angle is obtained.The simulation results of the internal flow field of the scroll compressor pressure cavity can be used as a guide for future research on heat conduction and radial leakage.It can pave the way for further exploration of the scroll compressor principle and optimization design,which can improve the use of scroll compressors.It provides a theoretical basis in terms of life or increasing the amount of exhaust gas.At the same time,the application of moving grid technology in this paper expands the field of computational fluid mechanics,and explores a new engineering application range of moving grid technology.
