As of 2020,the number of EMU in China has reached about 3800 standard groups.Besides,more than 900 groups of "Renaissance" EMUs.Among them have been put into operation for nearly ten years,and the "Harmony" standard EMUs has been returned to a large number of factories to be overhauled and rotated.The locomotive factories that are responsible for debugging and overhauling are under greater pressure,and the cost of operation and maintenance of each Railway Bureau and locomotive depot has increased dramatically.The main body of maintenance and debugging is manually completed by workers.The simulation test device of a small part of equipment can carry out the basic test,but Many problems have been exposed such as the failure of intelligently adapting to many types of vehicles,the complicated use of live cable adapters,the failure of replacing,and so on.In order to further reduce the maintenance cost of EMU and optimize the maintenance process,aiming at upgrading the terminal simulation test device,a scheme of multi-channel configurable interface circuit is proposed.Based on this circuit design scheme,a universal end electrical simulator which is capable of configuring the debug interface on the upper computer is developed.It adapts to the electrical interface of different types of motor vehicle terminal connector.This product is mainly used for static debugging of auxiliary train,compatible with the existing Single Vehicle Debugging System,and adding wireless transmission function,the product of which could thus simplifying the electric debugging operation process.Finally,according to the overall system design and communication scheme,the Ethernet communication message content is redesigned.The universal end electrical simulator uses a core board to control the multi-channel I/O module.It has a dual CAN field bus structure.The core of the control is to select STM32F105,expanding the MCU by STM32F103.It realizes the pin extension through CAN1 bus,and it combines the GPIO interface with the configurable connector circuit.The digital signal acquisition and control of the electrical debugging interface can be realized.The debugging data can be shared by the CAN2 bus to other electrical simulator units.The data transmission of the intelligent debugging platform can be carried out in two ways,namely,wireless Wi Fi module or wired Ethernet,so as to realize remote debugging of the control and sending feedback signals of the electric equipment which are to be tested.This paper briefly describes the problems existing in the maintenance and commissioning equipment of EMU,and puts forward an improvement plan for the overhaul of the electrical equipment on the bus.Through a practical case,the general design scheme and networking scheme of the universal end electrical simulator are given.The basic principle of realizing the general adaption function,the basic composition of the internal hardware and the topological structure of the related bus network are introduced in detail.Finally,the prototype is simulated in laboratory and debugged in the field,and the test results of each part are given.
