With the further laying of my country’s high-speed railway network,the utilization and ownership of EMUs are destined to increase.Higher requirements are put forward for the debugging and regular maintenance capabilities of EMUs before leaving the factory.In view of the imperfect debugging technology of EMU single-vehicle,a new matching technical solution is proposed.General electric simulation tester at the end of the vehicle and single-vehicle debugging test bench carry out Single-vehicle debugging.The configurable DIO interface circuit and multiplexing technology for single commissioning of EMU are proposed.My country has a vast territory.Because to meet the north and south climate difference,road network scale and other conditions,China’s EMU vehicle types are diverse.The test functions that need to be applied to each pin of the electrical interface of different cars are inconsistent.The configurable DIO interface circuit and multiplexing technology for single commissioning of EMU are proposed.The design enables each chip connected to the vehicle end to realize any of the functions of the vehicle end connector,such as power input,short connection between wires and voltage measurement.The Single-vehicle debugging test bench can be remotely controlled and its status can be obtained.Based on the configurable DIO interface circuit for IO expansion design,the SPI independent chip selection topology is adopted between the configurable module and the main control unit.The configurable module software and hardware are common,facilitate subsequent commissioning and installation.For the complicated and cumbersome wiring problems on site,general electric simulation tester at the end of the vehicle has added wireless functions,and a wireless communication scheme and message are designed.General electric simulation tester at the end of the vehicle and single-vehicle debugging test bench use Wi Fi communication as the main communication method for debugging data,supplemented by the wired Ethernet and CAN bus sharing data scheme.Redundant,reserved RS485 interface to facilitate subsequent debugging.The single-vehicle debugging multi-model software configuration and the development of the debugging platform on the Single-vehicle debugging test bench are compatible with the original MVB debugging function,mainly use TCP/IP protocol for wireless network communication with car-end tester.It adopts MVC design pattern and realizes development with the help of Swing control to cooperate with socket and database.The single-vehicle technology matching debugging software can automatically debug the hard-wired signals of any carriages of different EMUs with one key.The software realizes the matching and debugging of multiple car models by reading and calling the database files of different car models,which is also conducive to subsequent data maintenance and update.Finally,the design,production and testing of the physical prototype were completed.Laboratory tests and on-site tests in the EMU maintenance workshop have verified the feasibility of the new EMU single-vehicle debugging process and matching technical scheme.It has improved the EMU maintenance efficiency and has been recognized by the commissioning workers.
