With the rapid development of national economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,higher requirements are put forward for power supply reliability and quality service.The application of emerging technologies in the field of distribution automation.especially the "integration of the two networks" which are ubiquitous in the power Internet of things and the intelligent distribution network,gradually realizes the digitalization,networking and intellectualization of the distribution network,deepens the construction of the intelligent distribution network,effectively improves the reliability of the distribution network power supply and reduces line losses,is the innovation of the distribution network,the development of multi-network integration,and the creation of "flexible,safe and feasible".Control is the inevitable trend of active elasticity in future distribution network.Firstly,this paper expounds the development history and current situation of distribution automation technology at home and abroad,the shortcomings of development and construction of distribution automation in China and the current planning and construction direction,and further analyses the application of primary equipment,distribution automation system and business support system of distribution in Tonglu City,and the current situation of construction of distribution automation.The existing problems of distribution automation in Tonglu City are analyzed,which provides a basis for the research of distribution automation planning.At the same time,it evaluates three advanced functions of distribution network: fault self-healing,reactive power optimization and distribution network access to distributed photovoltaic energy distribution automation,which brings new ideas to the development of distribution automation.Finally,starting with the analysis of the current situation of distribution automation in Tonglu City,the research of advanced functions of distribution automation and the method of distribution automation planning,the paper draws the goals of Tonglu City in 2020 and the future distribution automation,and checks the results accordingly.According to the forecasting results,the construction of distribution automation in Tonglu City is planned from the aspects of strengthening the structure of distribution network,optimizing the distribution automation communication network configuration,selecting unified distribution intelligent terminals,and running economical distribution network.The problems existing in distribution automation are objectively analyzed,and the subsequent improvements are put forward Approach.Through the application of the planning results of distribution automation in Tonglu City,by 2020,8 10 k V automatic switching stations and 2 new 10 k V automatic switching stations have been renovated and upgraded,165 sets of distribution intelligent terminal equipment have been upgraded and replaced,and the intelligent coverage rate of on-pole switching has reached 80%.In the future,all 10 k V switching stations in Tonglu City will have full coverage of automation functions and automated communication networks will be realized.Optical fiber channel and bandwidth margin meet the needs of power grid upgrade in the later period.Distribution intelligent terminals are all upgraded.The intelligent coverage rate of switch on pole reaches 100%,and the practical rate of distribution automation in Tonglu City reaches 100%.It effectively improves the reliability and quality of power supply in urban areas,comprehensively improves the lean level of distribution management,and better meets the social and economic development of Tonglu City and the living standards of residents.Increased demand for electricity.
