| With the continuous development of social economy,in order to better implement the concept of green development into green buildings,China’s green building development has entered a more efficient and high-quality stage.In order to improve the original standard with technology as the core,lack of humanity and perceptibility,the new "Green Building Evaluation Standard" emphasizes the core of humanism,pays attention to the performance development of green buildings,and saves resources while taking into account the health of the building.Comfortable,livable environment and other aspects,so as to improve the user’s perception of green buildings.Natural ventilation of buildings is closely related to the health and comfort of buildings and resource conservation.Optimal design of natural ventilation from the architectural design stage helps to improve the perception and performance of green buildings.At the same time,with the informatization of industrial technology,the development of BIM technology has also brought breakthrough development for the greening of the entire life cycle of construction projects.University teaching buildings are important campus public buildings.Previous studies have mostly started from the energy saving of building envelopes,while ignoring the natural ventilation design that is closely related to green performance.It not only affects the health and comfort index,but also is an important factor to achieve resource conservation.Based on the above research background,this study takes passive natural ventilation design and technology as the premise,uses literature and meteorological data to analyze the climatic and environmental characteristics of Xi’an,and conducts field investigations on the teaching building of colleges and universities in Xi’an to select typical models and pass BIM.The technology is used for modeling and ventilation simulation,and the status quo of typical buildings is analyzed and the problems of natural ventilation design are analyzed from the three aspects of overall layout of the building,single design,and detailed structure,and the problems of the existing teaching building are found.Finally,combined with the climatic characteristics of Xi’an area and the function of building use,the natural ventilation optimization strategy suitable for the teaching building of colleges and universities in Xi’anwas proposed from five aspects of overall layout,plane form,section space,facade window opening,and detailed structure.The teaching building of Changan Campus No.1 is used as an example to optimize the design of natural ventilation.It is expected to provide some valuable references for the research on natural ventilation of college teaching buildings in Xi’an. |
