| The rapid development of economy and society leads to constant transformation and upgrading of enterprises.To keep pace with the progress and development of enterprises,employees have to invest more time and energy in their work.However,the individual resources are limited,which leads to the uneven distribution of resources between the work area and the family area,and the relative balance cannot be reached.Every day,employees need to go back and forth between work and family boundaries.Both areas require employees to invest resources to make their own responsibilities,but individual resources are limited.When resources are allocated between the two.Improper,it will lead to workfamily conflicts,which will bring many negative impacts to employees.Therefore,workfamily conflict has caused widespread concern among many scholars.Specially,the public service department is different from the general enterprises.The enterprise pays more attention to the employee performance and the benefits it brings to the enterprise,but the public sector pays attention to the service quality of the employees,the establishment of a good government image and the contribution to the society.In the past,the research on work-family conflicts mainly considered the general enterprise employees,ignoring the employees of the public service department.Compared with the general enterprise employees,they not only have to pay a lot of mental and physical labor,but also to pay more emotions labor,facing with a large amount of resource loss.They may face more problems in dealing with work-family conflicts.How to alleviate the current situation of work-family conflict of these employees is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,our study takes Zhengzhou airport security personnel as the research object,and our research idea is around "airport public security staff work family conflict",and through the questionnaire survey and data analysis,analyze the airport public security employees "work family conflict situation".In turn,further excavation work-family conflict’s conflict source,finally formed mitigation countermeasures of airport security personnel work family conflict.Through the analysis of the current situation,it is found that: firstly,compared with the family-work conflict,Zhengzhou airport public security employees face more work-family conflict;Secondly,influenced by traditional ideas,female employees face more work-family conflicts than male employees.Finally,among the demographic influencing factors of work-family conflict,age,years of working,position,marital status,number of dependent children and number of people providing for the aged are all important factors affecting work-family conflict.In the further analysis of conflict sources,we find that: working time,nature of their work,work pressure,traditional ideas,organizational mechanism,public service system and so on are all important sources of family conflicts of airport public security personnel.Finally,we source for more conflict,from the aspects of work,organization,society and individual a few for ease of Zhengzhou airport public security staff put forward the corresponding mitigation strategies,in order to improve the quality of this unit staff,family satisfaction,as well as other public sector to relieve or resolve these conflicts provides a reference basis,to better improve employees’ job satisfaction and family happiness and improving the quality of public service. |
