| The average working hours of employees in construction projects are longer than those in other industries,the working environment is relatively poor and the workplace is unstable.Meanwhile,the project employees may have to travel between multiple projects,so that they cannot take into account the family situation,resulting in the increasing and irreconcilable conflicts and contradictions between work roles and family roles,which leads to the increasing psychological pressure and anxiety of construction project employees,and finally causes serious impact on job performance.Therefore,reducing work-family conflict and improving job performance have become the focus of research in enterprises.Based on the literature review,the thesis puts forward the research hypothesis and constructs the research model.Selected the employees of construction engineering company as the survey object,and based on the questionnaire of three variables of work-family conflict,emotional labor and work performance,the author selects the survey objects,formulates the measuring tools,distributes and investigates the respondents,analyzes the relationship among the three variables of work-family conflict,emotional labor and work performance with the effective data collected from the survey,so as to verify the hypothesis of the research.Based on the results of statistical analysis,this thesis puts forward the relevant management enlightenment to improve the performance of construction project employees in construction enterprises in the face of work-family conflict.This thesis makes statistical analysis and research on work-family conflict,emotional labor and job performance,and reveals the relationship between work-family conflict,emotional labor and job performance.Firstly,work-family conflict has a negative and significant effect on job performance;secondly,work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on emotional labor;thirdly,the surface play in emotional labor has a negative and significant effect on job performance,while the deep play has a positive effect on job performance.The research result of this thesis is helpful to promote the construction enterprise to pay enough attention to the work-family conflict of the engineering project employees,pay attention to the inner feeling of the employees,exert the motivating function of the employee’s work enthusiasm better,and finally achieve the goal of improving the employee’s work performance. |
