| In the last few years,as the fast development of Global and China’s economy,the development of China’s automotive industry is also growing more and more fast.At the same time,with the improvement of consumers’ consumption capacity and the improvement of automotive quality and brand requirements,more and more consumers begin to shift to the luxury automotive consumption market.As a model of China’s high-end automobile manufacturing industry,in recent years,BBAC.has introduced more and more new worldwide Mercedes-Benz cars into the Chinese market synchronously,bringing more and newer high-end choices to domestic consumers.As a daily travel tool for people,cars bring comfort and convenience to our lives.At the same time,as the luxury package and BIW structures are becoming more and more complicated.This has led to increasingly noise issues inside and outside the car,especially wind vibration noise,then how to do quality control and management in the trial production stage before SOP,especially analyze and solve the problem of automobile wind vibration noise in all trial production stages to ensure the entire vehicle quality achieving or exceeding the mass production quality target will become the focus of enterprise quality management.This topic takes the roof quality issues as the research object,combines with the actual background of BBAC V205,the literature research method,survey method,simulation method,and comparative analysis method are used to investigate and analyze the sunroof wind vibration noise issue.BBAC 8D problem solving process first conducted in-depth research on the mechanism of noise generation to find out the potential reason of the problem.The window shield is not strong enough to deform easily,or the gap between the window shield and the front cover of the sunroof is too big.With the tools such as Hypermesh and Abaqus to find out the root cause one by one,define short-term measures to add felt strips of different lengths to the edge of the frame under the window shield to verify the actual car comparison,and CFD simulation analysis on the verification results to confirm the best matching size,making engineering samples and finally confirming the effectiveness of the measures through road test and wind tunnel test,proposed long-term measures for engineering changes to the frame under the window shield,and finally completely solved the wind generated during the opening of the sunroof.The research and improvement of the noise issue of the V205 sunroof not only quickly and effectively solved the noise quality problem in the trial production stage,reduced the cost of rework caused by future possible problems,but also controlled the sunroof noise issue of Daimler’s global factories contribution.At the same time,in the process of analyzing and studying the noise problem,I got a way to solve the noise problem,and accumulated experience for the future noise problem analysis work. |
