| With the characteristics of high transmission precision,large transmission ratio,large transmission rigidity and small backlash,precision reducers are widely used in precision positioning devices for industrial robots and aerospace.A large number of studies have been conducted on precision reducers at home and abroad,however,there are few studies on the comprehensive performance of precision reducers.This subject has developed a precision reducer comprehensive performance testing machine integrating machine,light,electricity and computer,which can realize high-precision dynamic measurement of many precision reducer performance parameters.The test machine can be used to measure the transmission error,backlash,torsional stiffness,no-load friction torque,starting torque,anti-starting torque,transmission efficiency and other performance parameters of the precision reducer for robots.The main research contents include:(1)Research on measurement principles and methodsAccording to the latest national standard "GB / T 35089-2018 Test Methods for Precision Gear Transmissions for Robots",the definition and measurement principles of dynamic performance parameters of precision reducers are studied,and the test methods for each parameter are determined to be precision deceleration The comprehensive performance testing machine provides theoretical basis.(2)Overall design of testing machineAccording to the measurement principle and test method of the dynamic performance parameters of the precision reducer,the overall design plan of the testing machine is determined,including the design guiding ideology and performance indicators.Analyze and formulate the overall design plan of the testing machine,and analyze the working principle,system composition and key technology of the testing machine.(3)Mechanical system designThe overall structure design and design principles of the mechanical system of the testing machine are introduced.The testing machine is divided into five parts according to functions and the structural design of key parts is explained in detail.Finally,the selection of purchased mechanical parts was carried out.(4)Measurement and control system designThe measurement and control system of the test machine is designed.The overall scheme of the test machine measurement and control system is mainly composed of two parts: the motion control system and the data acquisition system.The data collection of the group torque and speed sensor and the connection mode of the measurement and control system finally introduce the measurement software on the host computer.(5)Accuracy verification and testAccording to the accuracy verification items,methods and error requirements of the mechanical system,the precision tester for the comprehensive performance tester of the precision reducer was tested.The results show that the accuracy of the mechanical system meets the design requirements.Yes;the measurement accuracy of the test machine is analyzed,and the functional tests of each measurement test are carried out one by one. |
