Precision planetary reducer is widely applied in precision motion control applications for its advantages of compact structure,high precision,high speed ratio,high load-weight ratio.Backlash is the main parameter for dividing the precision grade of the planetary reducer and affecting the precision of the planetary reducer.Currently the backlash automation test equipment at home and abroad is less,and having such problems as large measurement error,expensive,large volume,which seriously restricts the development of the design and manufacturing industry for the precision planetary reducers.Therefore,this paper researches a kind of the precision planetary reducer test system with low-cost,high-integration and high-reliability that based on the automatic loading of staircase constant torque and the line fitting intercept method.The main contents are as follows:1.Scheme design of the test system.This paper models and analyzes the torsional stiffness of the planetary reducers,elaborating the line fitting intercept method of the backlash test method.The overload differential device is designed to achieve automatic loading of staircase constant torque,and achieving low-cost,high-resolution angle measurement by the target amplification test method.2.Error analysis of the test system.This paper analyzes the error factors that affect the test results,establishing the error models for the major error factors,and the error models are used to compensate the test system.3.Software and hardware implementation of the test system.This paper adopts the system architecture of “upper computer + lower computer”,analyzing the hardware structure of the test system,and completing hardware selection,electrical design and electrical control cabinet construction.This paper adopts the software structure of “C#+PLC” to carry out software system flow design,function design and human-computer interaction interface design.4.Experimental verification of the test system.The process of system debugging is introduced,and carrying out specific experiments.Experimental results show that the overload differential amplifier device designed in this paper can achieve automatic loading of staircase constant torque and high-resolution angle measurement,and also proving the reliability of the test results.
