| In railway project construction,the task of project promotion of information technology construction is arduous and faces many difficulties.The railway project has long design route,wide distribution area,scattered structures and many interference factors,which makes information management more difficult.At the same time,because of the short construction period,the production task of prefabricated beams in the beam yard is arduous,and it is urgent to strengthen and optimize the management to increase the output,which brings no small challenge to the information construction of the beam yard.In this paper,the concept of BIM is proposed,and some applications of BIM Technology are introduced,which is the basis of intelligent beam field management platform.Compared with the traditional two-dimensional CAD technology,BIM Technology can realize the integration of measurement data,virtual three-dimensional scene,graphic and non graphic information,and at the same time,it can form a three-dimensional visible information data model,and effectively improve the efficiency of information transmission.The overall design idea of intelligent beam field information management platform system is divided into two parts: application system and terminal.In the application system,it is divided into PC function and mobile phone function.The database of the system is transferred to the cloud server.The PC side is roughly divided into data spectaculars,resource management,precast beam management,process management,planning management and other functions.In the mobile terminal,the management personnel of the beam yard can carry out production tracking,process statistics,delivery record of precast beam,and report project progress,which greatly improves the production efficiency of Beam Yard and accelerates the informatization process of Beam Yard.The equipment terminal includes on-site monitoring equipment,PC,mobile phone and a series of machines and equipment used in prefabrication of beams.Operators at PC and mobile terminals can perform business operations anytime and anywhere,while mobile terminals can scan QR codes for production task management,beam lifting operation,production tracking and other operations.The PC terminal can observe the real-time situation on the spot and the running situation of on-site machines and equipment through on-site monitoring equipment.Based on BIM Technology and web technology,this paper develops a set of intelligent beam yard management platform,which realizes the visualization,transparency,intelligence and informatization in the process of precast beam production,greatly improves the beam making rate of Beam Yard,saves a lot of labor force,and has far-reaching guiding significance and application value for the construction and production of precast beam. |
