Research On The Support Function Of Expressway To Rural Revitalization Based On Grey Correlation Degree

The rural revitalization strategy is a strategy that the country has implemented in recent years.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is of great significance in fighting poverty and helping the region achieve a well-off society.As a basic and leading industry of the national economy,transportation will inevitably have a profound impact on the revitalization of rural areas.For inland provinces,the status of expressways in the entire transportation network is self-evident.Guizhou Province,as a key province for poverty alleviation in the country,needs to implement the strategy of revitalizing rural areas.However,the current road network density and open mileage of highways in Guizhou Province are rapidly improving.The problem of highway construction speed still exists.How to define the specific ways of the highway to support the rural revitalization strategy,avoid unnecessary waste caused by blind road construction,effectively improve the quality of life of rural residents,and achieve poverty alleviation has become the main content of this paper.This paper takes Guizhou Province as the main research object,and uses the Guizhou Provincial Expressway Interconnection Toll Big Data and supplementary sampling survey data to study the highway transportation indicators and freight structure,etc.,and comprehensively shows the development status of the Guizhou Provincial Expressway.Then selected several influencing factors that may affect the rural revitalization of the expressway as the main indicators,calculated by the gray correlation analysis method,and ranked the obtained correlation.Specific analysis of each influencing factors is carried out in combination with the actual situation.Based on the results of correlation analysis,explore the specific role of highways supporting rural revitalization strategies.The results show that the open mileage of highways,the freight volume of green aisle trucks,and the average distance of cargoes have a high degree of correlation with rural agriculture;the arrivals of passengers in counties and rural areas,and the rural tourism industry.The degree of relevance is high.Therefore,the rational construction of expressway encryption,the optimization of the green channel policy for fresh agricultural products,the free passage policy for major holidays on highways,and the promotion of rural economic development with the help of emerging highway industries are the concrete manifestations of the strategic support role of highways for rural revitalization.According to the research results,this article puts forward a series of suggestions for the construction of highways and the realization of rural rejuvenation in Guizhou Province from a theoretical point of view,to ensure that the expressway truly becomes an important link for the realization of rural rejuvenation and poverty alleviation in Guizhou.
