| With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the scale of urban distribution is increasing year by year,optimizing the urban distribution network will bring huge economic benefits.The shortcoming of the third-party logistics resource integration ability has become increasingly prominent.The research on fourth-party logistics vehicle routing problems(4PLVRP)can both integrate logistics resources and optimize distribution routes,further improve distribution efficiency,reduce distribution cost and improve urban traffic conditions.Based on the industry innovation mode,two 4PL vehicle distribution schemes of customer resource integration(CRI)and distribution center resource integration(DCRI)are proposed.The two schemes are respectively described as different VRP: VRP with closed multiple distribution centers under customer grouping and VRP with semi-opened multiple distribution centers.Taking distribution cost and customer value as optimization goals,customer satisfaction and time window as constraints,VRP models are established respectively.The example shows that the improved genetic algorithm(GA)is an effective algorithm to solve VRP.Finally,taking three logistics distribution companies in Zhengzhou as an example,MATLAB software is used to compile the improved GA to solve the built models.The result shows that under the condition of 70% customer satisfaction constraint,compared with 3PL vehicle distribution scheme,the optimization effect of each distribution index of CRI and DCRI scheme is obvious,the distribution cost is reduced by 26.41% and 28.52%,the customer value is increased by 2.18% and 2.22%,and the average customer satisfaction is increased by 1.64% and 1.62%.CRI scheme is suitable for customer groups with higher efficiency requirements and similar customer business levels,and DCRI scheme is suitable for customer groups with higher requirements on distribution costs and a high proportion of important customers.The sensitivity analysis of the value of customer satisfaction constraints shows that when the value of customer satisfaction is small,the gap between DCRI scheme and CRI scheme for distribution cost optimization is small,the 4PL vehicle distribution scheme can be selected according to customer demand.When the value of the customer satisfaction constraint is large,the distribution cost optimization effect of DCRI scheme is significant,and the influence of customer demand on the selection of the distribution scheme is small,and it is more reasonable to chose DCRI scheme.The comprehensive result shows that the built models are scientific and reasonable,the used algorithm is correct and efficient,and the industry innovation mode is highly applicable in urban distribution practice,which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for 4PLVRP. |
