Appearance Modeling Of Concrete Mixer Truck Based On Image Scheme Innovation Design

Nowadays,with the development of science and technology,product modeling design plays a more and more important role in industrial design.Modeling design needs to meet both material and spiritual functions.The success of product design depends largely on the level of user demand.It is the mainstream choice for designers to actively mine user demand.Based on the innovative design of the appearance of concrete mixer truck,through the research method of product image design,starting from finding the relationship between image and modeling elements as a breakthrough point,constructing user demand model accurately,and combining with modern design methods and technologies such as systematic design,scenario design,use process simulation,this paper puts forward and practices a product innovative design Specific process.First of all,based on the analysis of the correlation between the appearance shape of the mixer truck and the perceptual image,this paper obtains the representative appearance shape samples and the geometric shape image vocabulary of the mixer truck,selects the samples by the multi-scale method and the cluster analysis method,analyzes the data by the Pareto Diagram,and obtains the constituent elements of the appearance shape of the mixer truck.SPSS software was used to analyze the correlation and factor of the test data,and Amos software was used to obtain the relationship between the elements of the appearance and shape of the mixer truck and the representative image words.Secondly,the product design process of situation building method is defined,and the external and internal situation of the target user of the concrete mixer truck is analyzed according to its constituent elements,and the situation knowledge of the concrete mixer truck modeling is obtained.Based on this,the story version of the concrete mixer truck using situation is designed.After summing up the problems in the situation story version,the paper conceives the modeling details of the mixer truck,and synthesizes the modeling scheme and color scheme of the mixer truck according to the structural equation model of the modeling elements and image vocabulary of the appearance modeling of the mixer truck.Then through the investigation and analysis to determine and improve the concrete mixer truck modeling requirements,through the method of rough set and information entropy to determine theimportance of the modeling requirements,build the user demand model.On the basis of the modeling concept,the modeling scheme of the mixer truck is refined around the key requirements.Finally,with the help of Creo and keyshot,three-dimensional modeling and appearance modeling effect drawing expression are carried out for the design scheme of the concrete mixer truck,and virtual simulation is carried out for the use process of each modeling detail function in detail,which shows that the innovative design of the concrete mixer truck scheme and the specific process of product innovation design are feasible and effective.
