Study On The Development Strategy Of Qinhuangdao Power Supply Company

In recent years,the call for reform of the power system has been increasing,and the state has also introduced a series of measures to promote the reform of the power system.The establishment of the electricity sales market will break the natural monopoly of the power industry,and power grid companies are facing severe challenges.At the same time,at the beginning of the "14th Five-Year Plan",it also brings new opportunities for the development of power grids.This paper takes Qinhuangdao Power Supply Company as the research object,based on combing domestic and foreign literature,relying on strategic management related theories,comprehensively using analysis tools such as PEST,Porter’s Five Forces Model,Value Chain and SWOT to analyze the internal and external environment of Qinhuangdao Power Supply Company.,put forward strategic goals and formulate corresponding implementation measures.Through research and analysis,this paper concludes that Qinhuangdao Power Supply Company should choose a growth strategy,puts forward the strategic goal of "building a leading energy Internet enterprise with Qinhuangdao regional characteristics in China",and divides the strategic goal into short-term and long-term stages.Six areas of operation management,safety production,power grid construction,marketing,high-quality services,and image building put forward specific goals,and then put forward specific implementation measures in a targeted manner.Finally,through a series of safeguard measures such as strengthening strategic leadership,strengthening talent training,seeking government support,increasing business cooperation,and deepening brand communication,the executive power of the strategy is strengthened to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.Based on the background of power system reform and the "14th Five-Year Plan",this paper is a practical and innovative application of strategic management theory in the formulation of strategies for prefectural and municipal power supply companies.It has special practical significance and provides reality for the long-term development ofQinhuangdao Power Supply Company.The guidance also provides reference for the strategic research of other state-owned enterprises.
