| S Power Supply Company is a large state-owned power supply enterprise belonging to State Grid H Electric Power Co."In recent years,in order to better serve the economy and society,S Power Supply Co.In recent years,in order to better serve economic and social development,the country has introduced a series of measures to promote the reform of the electricity system,these reform measures,in general,to "control the middle,let go of the two ends" as the basic principle,requiring the gradual opening of the electricity sales side of the market.With the deepening of power system reform,the reform of transmission and distribution tariff,and the gradual opening up of electricity sales side and incremental distribution business will break the long-standing natural monopoly in the power industry,and S Power Supply Company in the power industry will face unprecedented challenges as well as new opportunities.However,as far as the company’s development strategy is concerned,only the State Grid Company has a strategic plan,while the local municipal power supply companies,which are mainly responsible for the production and sales of electricity,rarely have a development strategy that meets their own geographical and practical conditions.This paper takes S Power Supply Company as the research object.Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance of the selected topic are explained,and the relevant literature on strategic management and strategic management of power companies at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed.Secondly,the concepts of strategic management are summarized and summarized systematically,and the integration strategy,cost leadership strategy,differentiation strategy,PEST,Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis applied in this paper are highlighted.The PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model were used again to analyze the external environment of S Power Supply Company in terms of its external macro environment and industry background to find out the potential dynamics and objective disadvantages of the company’s development,and to analyze the internal environment in terms of human resources,grid resources,customer resources and financial capability,grid operation capability and sales capability to sort out its resources and capabilities.Then,the strategic goal of "building a leading energy internet enterprise in China with S city characteristics" was determined.With the goal as the guide and the internal and external environment analysis,the SWOT analysis tool was used to make a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the internal and external environmental influencing factors of S Power Supply Company,and the opportunities and threats faced by S Power Supply Company were sorted out.The strengths and weaknesses were clarified,and the growth-oriented(SO)strategy was determined.The SWOT matrix strategy was used to generate company-level strategy,competitive strategy and functional strategy,and then the specific strategies that could be implemented were determined based on the author’s work experience and visits and exchanges,namely: company strategy: integration strategy;competitive strategy: cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy;functional strategy: grid construction strategy,marketing strategy,and Science and technology innovation strategy.Finally,the three aspects of organizational management,human resources and corporate culture are proposed to support the effective implementation of the development strategy.Based on the background of new electricity reform and energy transformation,this paper combines the theory of enterprise strategic management with strategic planning of local municipal power supply companies in an innovative application,which has special practical significance.It is hoped that the research in this paper will lead to a more reasonable and practical development strategy for S power supply company and accelerate the process of electricity reform,as well as provide elements for other power supply companies to draw on for their strategic planning. |
