| With the rapid development of Internet technology and e-commerce and the constant acceleration of the pace of life,people put forward more demands for high efficiency,fast and convenient logistics services.Highway and high-speed rail combined transportation(referred to as multimodal transportation of highway and highspeed rail)can be used as a high-quality mode of transportation timeliness express because of its fast speed,flexible mobility,large traffic volume and other characteristics.At the same time,with the support of a number of policy documents issued by the state,the infrastructure construction of highway and high-speed rail in China is becoming more and more perfect,which also provides a favorable material guarantee for the development of public high-speed transport.However,in the network of highway and high-speed rail combined transportation,the way of trunk transportation and end distribution,the route,the location and quantity of facility points and transportation mode conversion points are the key factors that affect the cost and efficiency of the whole transportation system,and also directly affect the customer satisfaction with logistics services.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to solve the location path problem in the highway and high-speed rail combined transportation network,optimize the logistics system of highway and highspeed rail combined transportation,and meet the personalized needs of customers.Based on this,this paper mainly does the following research:First of all,this paper verifies the feasibility of highway and high-speed rail combined transportation from two dimensions of technical feasibility and transportation organization feasibility,designs the highway and high-speed rail combined transportation vehicle and "contactless" intelligent receiving and sending terminal,and puts forward four efficient modes of highway and high-speed rail combined transportation organization;through the analysis of logistics demand market and supply market,we can know the future In express delivery,Fast moving consumer goods and pharmaceutical logistics market,highway and high-speed rail combined transportation will have a larger development space.Secondly,it analyzes the meaning of urgency and tolerance of customer demand,divides the customer groups with different timeliness demand,and designs the punishment function for the timeliness classification of goods based on the characteristics of highway and high-speed rail combined transportation;constructs the MDLRPTW(multi depot location routing problem with time)model of highway and high-speed rail combined transportation based on the timeliness demand of customers.Thirdly,the basic principles and characteristics of genetic algorithm are described and summarized.In this paper,according to the practical problems,the coding method of genetic algorithm is changed,and the solution speed of the algorithm is improved.Finally,Under the environment of MATLAB R2014 a,the case data is optimized and solved by using the improved genetic algorithm.The best logistics plan from Longquan logistics center to each customer point in Wuhan are obtained;the optimal scheme diagram is drawn by using Mapbox,and the output result of the scheme is discussed;Based on the sensitivity analysis of some parameters in the algorithm and model,some suggestions are given to reduce the cost and improve the quality of customer service. |
