With the development of China’s medical service,theoretical research in medical facility planning is urgently needed.It is an interdisciplinary proposition which combines both medical and urban planning issues.At present,there are two types of planning,which is medical planning led by health department and public service facilities planning led by planning department in China,thus lacking of specific medical facility planning.The mortality rate of cardiovascular diseases ranks first,and it has the characteristics of suddenness and urgency.Effective medical facility planning can save patients’ time for medical treatment.Therefore,it is necessary to study medical facility planning from the perspective of cardiovascular disease.In addition,the particularity of cardiovascular diseases is often overlooked in hospital design,and there are few researches on hospitals specialized in cardiovascular diseases.This article aims to conduct a comprehensive and thorough study from the perspective of cardiovascular disease.The research is mainly carried out under two main themes of planning and architectural designing,composing a complete study of the planning and architectural programming of cardiovascular medical facilities.In the study of medical facility planning,first of all,the current status of China’s medical facility planning is analyzed,and the methods and evaluation criteria of medical facility planning are summarized.Secondly,Arc GIS is used in case study to analyze Japan’s advanced experience in cardiovascular medical facility planning,and its feasibility in China is tested through a case comparison between China and Japan.In the study of architectural programming,the research scope of this paper are cardiovascular medical facilities instead of a specific project.Thus,the research mainly concentrate on the methods of architectural programming of cardiovascular medical facilities and the architectural design policy of cardiovascular medical facilities is summarized and from the three aspects of site,function and scale,through the plane analysis of the cases.Once a new cardiovascular hospital is to be designed,the design specification can be made following the methods.On the basis of two aspects of research,the analysis of cardiovascular medical facility planning and architectural programming methods is further deepened based on different influencing factors.The specificity of cardiovascular disease is summarized under the aspect of disease,and the planning of cardiovascular medical facilities is summarized under the aspect of demand,and the impact of different medical systems on cardiovascular medical facility planning and architectural programming is summarized under the aspect of different nations,and the impact of medical facilities is discussed under the aspect of new technology.The main conclusions of this article are as follows: on the basis of the classification of cardiovascular medical facilities in China,the development status and existing problems are analyzed,and the evaluation criteria of cardiovascular medical facilities planning are summarized.Through the study of Japanese experience,the planning methods of cardiovascular medical facilities are summarized.In terms of architectural programming,the location characteristics of two types of cardiovascular hospitals,the setting of functional modules and their ratio,as well as the optimizing methods of the layout based on the medical process are summarized.The research has provided theoretical guidance and reference basis for the planning and architectural design of cardiovascular medical facilities.
