| The enclosed balcony of the building serves as the "first barrier" that connects the main indoor space with the outdoor environment. Its climate buffer performance plays a very important role in maintaining the comfort of the indoor thermal environment. The hot-summer and cold-winter areas have distinct four seasons and the relatively extreme summer and winter climates. These have imposed severe requirements on the closed balcony of the building in adapting to the climate and exerting its climate buffering performance. This thesis hopes to comprehensively sort out the types of thermal buffer space in the closed balcony of the building, systematically summarize the relevant working principles of the thermal buffer in the closed balcony space of the building, and assist in modeling data analysis based on the measured results,so as to further optimize the thermal buffer design strategies of the closed balcony in hot-summer and cold-winter areas. The second chapter focuses on qualitative analysis. The article focuses on the two main lines of the closed space balcony, one is “space level mechanism” and the other is “heat buffering mechanism”,which focusing on four areas: “functional space”,“heat regulation”,“natural ventilation”,and “seasonal mode”.The aspect compares and summarizes the balcony space level and thermal buffer level,so as to analyze, classify and summarize the types, functions and principles of closed balconies in hot-summer and cold-winter areas. It is hoped that the above-mentioned conclusion can be summarized as the core part of this article---the simulation and actual measurement link to lay a theoretical foundation. The third chapter focuses on quantitative analysis. As the core part of the article, this chapter closely focuses on the "two main lines" and "four aspects" given above, and uses bluetooth temperature& humidity recorder and airpak 3.0 software to deal with different conditions in the transition season and heating season.Through the above-mentioned simulation and actual measurement, the data of the thermal buffer performance of the closed balcony is affected by the "four aspects" of data analogy, which provides data support for the following optimization design strategies. The fourth chapter follows the qualitative analysis of Chapter 2 and the conclusions drawn from the quantitative analysis of Chapter 3.It still focuses on the "two main lines" and "four aspects" of the closed balcony of the building. The simulation study is used as an argument, and the optimal design strategy of the closed balcony in the hot-summer and cold-winter areas is proposed, and the research content of the article is systematically summarized. As a part of the hierarchical optimization model of building space based on thermal buffer adjustment, this thesis systematically summarizes the thermal buffer space of closed balcony through the study of the influence factors of the thermal buffer effect of the closed balcony in hot-summer and cold-winter areas.Through this thesis, attention and reference value of the building’s closed balcony in the field of passive energy saving of buildings are hoped to be increased. |
