Research On The Spatial Characteristics And The Overall Protection And Development Of Red Cultural Heritage In Hong’an County Of Dabie Mountains

With the continuous expansion of China’s heritage protection system and the deepening of connotation,red heritage has gradually been valued as a new type of cross-regional heritage.Due to the lack of understanding of the characteristics of scattered spatial layout,large number,small scale and complex types of red heritage,the protection and utilization of red heritage is still dominated by revolutionary cultural relics,and the problems of unbalanced protection and utilization,and disconnection with local economic development are serious.Under the background of land and space planning in the new era,breaking through the concept of cultural relic protection,integrating cultural relics,villages,natural environment and red culture into a large system,breaking through the demarcation line of traditional administrative regions,forming red cultural areas,adapting the protection of red heritage to land and space planning and combining with regional development has become a difficult point in this research.This research hopes to integrate all kinds of red heritages into a system.And on the basis of the hierarchical research on red landscape in Hongan County of Dabie Mountain region,put forward the strategies of red heritage protection and development adapted to land and space planning at different spatial levels,so as to promote the economic and social development of the region.Firstly,this research aims at the problems of insufficient cognition of red heritage,fragmentation of conservation and development,and puts forward the concept of red landscape on the basis of recognition of red heritage,and integrates all kinds of red heritage elements to form a systematic red landscape structure framework,forming the theoretical basis of this research.Secondly,in the three levels of Dabie Mountain area,Hongan area and village and town unit,the historical context of red is combed from different depths,and the constituent elements of red landscape under different levels are extracted,and the diachronic distribution characteristics of red landscape and the overall spatial pattern of red landscape are analyzed from the aspects of quantity,type and distribution.The various levels are guided up and down.Among them,Dabie Mountain regional level is a cross-regional red historical and cultural space,among which the red landscape of Honganxin County is most prominent,the Hongan district level is a red landscape area with the integration of urban and rural areas as the unit,and the village and town unit level is the red landscape unit with the integration of landscape,forest,field and village(town).Finally,on the basis of the research of red landscape,three research levels of overall protection and development of red heritage are put forward in the region,city,county and village.In the protection,utilization and management of red heritage,the transmission of different levels is carried up and down,which constitutes a multi-level three-dimensional historical and cultural display system,social and economic development system,spatial management system.Each system supports each other and is based on each other.Among them,the regional level of Dabie Mountain emphasizes regional coordination,Hongan County focuses on urban and rural overall planning,and the village and town level advocates the integration of landscape,forest field and village(town).
