| Today,the segmented construction and network operation have become the preferred solution for China’s high-speed railway construction when a large number of high-speed railway networks are set up.We have studied and developed the technical proposal of ordinary flat car for 100 m and 500 m rail transportation running on existing lines since2007,which addresses the need for the large-scale demand of high-speed railway and passenger dedicated line construction in China.Meanwhile,with the large-scale construction of China’s high-speed railway,there will still be situations where there are no existing freight lines directly connected to the laying base.The research on 500 m long rail transportation of Chengdu-Guiyang passenger dedicated line can further expand the scope of application of ordinary flat car for long rail transportation,which provides further technical support for the construction of high-speed railway and passenger dedicated line.Moreover,the study on the 500 m long rail loading scheme of Chengdu-Guiyang passenger dedicated line is expected to serve as reference point for the future long rail transportation for inter-city railway.Following the requirements of Chengdu-Guizhou Railway’s track-laying construction according to the target of nodes and the entire construction period,this paper studies how to avoid the long distance of road materials through the feasibility study of Chengdu-Guiyang passenger dedicated line for carrying out long-rail flat car transportation.In that way,the purpose of saving construction interest can be achieved.Also,it has a certain reference for providing loading reinforcement and transportation organization scheme for the new passenger dedicated lines,such as Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway,Sichuan-Tibet Railway.Taking the long-rail test operation of Chengdu-Guiyang passenger dedicated line as an example,this paper analyses the condition of Chengdu-Guiyang passenger dedicated line through literature research,mathematical research method and graphic method,carries out traction calculation combined with the loading and strengthening scheme of long rail of common flat car transportation,and also makes the research of longitudinal stability,vehicle overturning stability and track structure of long rail.On this basis,this paper formulates professional equipment inspection plans and emergency plans for engineering,power supply,electrical services,puts forward maintenance recommendations,and formulates trial operation monitoring plans and test contents.It can prove that the longitudinal stability of long rail meets the requirements of loading and reinforcement or not.And whether the vehicle overturning stability meets the safety requirements of "Code for Dynamic Performance Assessment and Test Appraisal of Railway Vehicles" and "Code for Railway Track Design" can be verified. |
