| With the increasing scale of urban rail transit projects,the difficulty of management has increased,and project management issues such as project quality,resource waste,and inefficiency have become increasingly prominent.In this context,since the project management of the owner always runs through the whole process of the project,the project management of the owner faces more pressure and challenges.Building Information Model(BIM)technology has unique and significant advantages.It provides new models and concepts for project management based on the owner’s side.It also provides technical support for the informationization of the project life cycle management and realizes all stages of project management.The visualization,information synergy and system coordination have effectively improved the project management level of the owners to some extent.As domestic BIM technology is still in its infancy,it has not been deeply and widely applied in practice,and there are few research literatures on the combination of BIM technology and project management,which makes China’s urban rail transit industry pay less attention to the difficulties,processes and models of practical application.Research on such topics.In view of this,this paper focuses on the BIM-based lifecycle project management from the perspective of urban rail transit project owners,trying to make up for the above research gap,helping the owners to improve the application capability of BIM technology and improve project management methods,so as to gradually improve the project.Management level,effective control of project schedule / quality / investment goals.After in-depth study,based on the actual situation of the urban rail transit project,from the preliminary planning stage,the plan design stage,the plan deepening stage,the project implementation stage,the project completion stage,and the project operation and maintenance stage,the Xiamen Metro project owner is proposed.BIM-based project management applies the actual content,so as to understand the specific project management implementation effect,that is,the efficiency improvement brought by informationization,the efficiency improvement brought by visualization,and the value evaluation of BIM collision application.In addition,by analyzing the disadvantages of BIM in Xiamen Metro project management application,it is expected to promote the improvement of the owner’s project life cycle management level,and provide practical reference for the application of other industry projects. |
