| The rapid development of economy exerts great pressure on urban traffic.Through the construction and comprehensive development of urban rail transit can effectively alleviate the pressure.Fastener system is one of the key technologies in track construction.For example,the safety performance of typical DTVI2 rail fasteners directly determines the safety and stability of train operation.In the practice of urban rail laying and operation,it is found that there are a series of problems in the risk control of rail fastening system.This shows that the safety evaluation and control of rail fastening system need to be strengthened.It is mainly reflected in the scattered,random,high cost and non systematic aspects of the safety control of rail fasteners.As an important branch of control theory,grey system theory is mainly applied to the transformation of nature and the participation in economic and social activities.It is an effective tool combined with operational research.The theory has been widely used in various industries through the establishment of grey system model and correlation analysis of grey factors,and solved a large number of problems in related fields with unknown factors.Based on the grey system theory,this paper analyzes the failure of fasteners in practical application,and summarizes the related factors affecting the safety of fasteners.By using the theory of grey correlation degree,the numerical corresponding relationship between various factors in the fastener system was clarified.This study provides a quantitative measurement standard for the development trend of fastener system safety.Through the analysis of its dynamic evolution process,the key factors of fastener fracture risk control are: product quality and processing technology,daily maintenance,service parts,labor skills and quality.According to the key influencing factors,the executable security control scheme of the system is proposed.The grey system theory is used to evaluate and analyze the safety of rail fastener.Through optimizing product quality,improving operation process management and standardizing construction process management and control,the safety of fastener use can be improved.In the aspect of engineering application,through the actual situation of Hefei Metro Line 3,the implementation effect is evaluated.We strictly control the quality of dtvi2 fasteners,standardize the construction process,and strengthen the daily operation and maintenance to control the safety of fasteners.Since Hefei metro line y was opened to traffic at the end of 2019,the safety performance of dtvi2 fasteners has been significantly improved,and the number of spring bar fracture is 600,which is significantly lower than that of Hefei metro line x 1657.The practical test shows that the safety control scheme of the fastener system effectively solves the practical engineering problems,and the number of fastener failures in the new laying is significantly reduced,which also provides a good and feasible technical and theoretical support for the safety maintenance of urban rail transit construction and operation management units. |
