| With the advent of the new retail era and changes in consumption patterns,community commerce no longer only meets the needs of community life services,but also meets the material and spiritual needs of community residents.At this time,it is necessary to strengthen the research on community business models.As a discipline that focuses on the relationship between people and space,place theory has certain advantages in community business design due to its own characteristics.Therefore,this article takes the establishment of community Commerce as the research object,analyzes and summarizes the strategies in the specific design,and provides a certain theoretical and practical basis for the architectural design of community business in the new era.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly studies the development background and development status of community Commerce;The second chapter introduces the place theory,analyzes and studies the place performance in community business based on the illustration of "place theory" of Norberg Schultz,Demonstrate and deduce the construction strategy of community commerce;Chapter 3 studies the specific strategy of community Commerce establishment,through case studies and summary,puts forward specific strategy methods and points of attention,and provides methodological support for the future community business architectural design;Chapter 4 is the author’s engineering practice description in Yanziji G37 community commercial project. |
