Internal-compression-ring cable-bearing grid structure has a large internal compression ring to resist cable force so that the ring beam on the top of column is released and the whole structure is able to have a flexible appearance.However,the upper grid structure and braces are under compression,which improves the risk of local or global instability.Internal-compression-ring cable-bearing grid structure is innovative and has few application both domestic and abroad so that we have to focus on its construction security and critical node reliability.This article stands on Shanghai Pudong football field and conduct a series of precise analysis targeting the construction of internal-compression-ring cable-bearing grid structure,which mainly includes: all-tensioned state stability analysis,cable net construction analysis,construction error influence analysis and cable clamp anti-sliding performance experiment.The main content and conclusions are as described below:Firstly,this paper introduces the main classification of cable-bearing grid structure and expounds their mechanical properties,prestress transferring path and project applications at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper introduces the detailed information of Shanghai Pudong football field project,which mainly includes the structure type and composition,cable situation,critical joint situation and construction method.The modeling information of ANSYS finite element model of Shanghai Pudong football field is also elaborated,which includes element type,member specification,material property,joint form and constraint condition.The ANSYS model is compared with SAP2000 finite element model provided by the designer,through which the correctness and applicability of ANSYS model are verified and the basic tool of the following analysis is provided.Thirdly,the stability analysis of all-tensioned state is conducted,which includes the eigenvalue buckling analysis and the elastoplastic stability analysis.Considering the complexity of construction measures,improvement of all-tensioned state stability and the precision of construction-completed state,an optimal brace construction plan is determined and the stability of all-tensioned state is ensured.Then cable net construction analysis is carried out,mainly including ring cable lifting and radial cable tensioning analysis.A reasonable construction scheme of ring cable lifting and radial cable tensioning are put forward.A form-finding analysis of cable net is conducted based on the non-linear dynamic finite element method(NDFEM)and a series of key construction parameters are obtained,including the ring cable platform position coordinate,the length of lifting cable in ring cable lifting process and the lifting cable unloading process,the outer v-brace spatial angle and the length of lifting cable in the radial cable tensioning process.In the process of cable net construction,the critical response of the structure is always in a manageable range and appears some regularity.The form-finding analysis has reached the predetermined goal.Next the basic theory and method of construction error influence analysis are described,including Monte-Carlo method,cable length and outer-linked node coupled random error analysis method,error sample distribution model and relevant technical requirements of domestic specifications.This paper analyzes the influence of construction error on Shanghai Pudong football field,mainly including independent and coupled error influence analysis.According to the analysis results and considering the production capacity of cable and steel structure construction company,the reasonable accuracy requirements of cable making and outer steel structure installation are determined.Finally,the basic theory of cable clamp anti-sliding performance experiment is described,including main content,influence parameters and requirements in main domestic specifications.The cable clamp anti-sliding performance experiment of Shanghai Pudong football field is carried out.The average reduction of high-strength bolt tightening force,cable clamp anti-sliding bearing capacity and comprehensive friction coefficient are determined,all of which meet the designing requirements and have enough safety coefficient.At the end of this paper,the main research contents and achievements are summarized systematically.Meanwhile the possible contents and methods for further research on internal-compression-ring cable-bearing grid structure are proposed.
