| Today’s society is a rapidly developing with advanced information technology widely used in social networks,e-commerce,business management and other fields.The digital networked intelligent manufacturing with deep integration of IT and manufacturing technology is the backbone of "Made in China 2025" that vigorously promotes breakthroughs development of ten key areas including power equipment.within response to the external pressure from Internet’s emerging enterprises,group A,as a large-scale domestic supplier of complete sets of large electrical equipment,must keep pace with the times and make use of big data technology to establish a more efficient production and operation management mode to promote the high-quality development of the corporation.This paper first sorts out and summarizes the research status and development trend of big data,systematically studies the definition,characteristics,technical overview and application scenarios of big data,and masters the related concepts of production and operation as well as the main factors that affect the production and operation efficiency,thus providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent research of this paper.Based on the current situation of group A,then PEST analysis method is used to systematically analyze the current external macro environment of group A from the political,economic,social and technical aspects.The analysis summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of group A and the current status of its internal production and operation.By analyzing the problems existing in the production and operation of group A and the factors affecting efficiency,it is proposed to apply big data technology to improve the efficiency of group A’s production and operation.Apply big data prediction function to solve the problem of pre-delivery of imported core components of group A;apply the big data mining function to find out the materials suitable for centralized procurement,optimize the procurement strategy and improve the centralized procurement efficiency of group A;apply big data visualization technology and comb specific business processes and key nodes to list the implementation scheme and specific steps of the operation monitoring system based on the whole process monitoring of the project and summarize the expected effect of the system in the actual work.Through the application of the above functions,it ensures the continuous supply of core components and the efficient promotion of centralized procurement,promotes the continuous optimization of the production and operation management mechanism,and achieves the purpose of improving the production and operation efficiency of group A.Under the background of big data,traditional manufacturing enterprises can further explore the value of data and enrich the means of production operation management by introducing technologies such as big data prediction,mining and visualization in production and operation management,so as to improve the efficiency of production and operation,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in modern market competition. |
