Bicycle transportation has the characteristics of environmentally friendly,convenience and flexibility.Conventional public transport is an important part of urban public transport.Bicycle transfer to conventional public transport can not only expand the service scope of public transport,but also give full scope to service characteristics of the point-to-point of bicycle to effectively improve the attractiveness of public transport.With the rapid development of information technology,the large-scale application of urban intelligent transportation card and bus GPS vehicle orientation system provides an opportunity to study the travel rules of public bicycle transfer to public transport from the perspective of big data.Therefore,based on the identification of the users of bicycle transfer to public transport,the travel characteristics of public bicycle transfer to conventional public transport are studied and the impact mechanism model is constructed.Firstly,multi-source data is fused and preprocessed to prepare for the subsequent transfer identification.The data of public bicycle and public transportation are analyzed,abnormal data was cleaned and the unification of data structure are united;based on the GPS data and IC card data of public transportation,the correction time of POS swiping machine of each vehicle every day with the highest matching rate as the goal were obtained,and the boarding time were corrected according to this value.The matching rate of the last 94% of bus stops is100%;the deduction rules of bus stops based on time information association are proposed to supplement the bus stop information in the bus card data,and the overall recognition rate of bus stops in the bus card data is 98%.Secondly,public bicycle IC card and public transportation IC card are matched based on the smart card data,the specific steps are as follows: the transfer time-space threshold of public bicycle connecting public transportation were determined and the matching station pair according to the distance between the bicycle station and the public transportation station were constructed;then the training set and the test set of the recognition model were constructed,the association rule mining algorithm was applied to realize the matching between the IC card number of public bicycle and the IC card number of public transportation for the same user;92% of the matching rules are validated,proving the effectiveness of the matching rules.Furthermore,based on the identification results of public bicycle and public transport transfer,the bicycle connection public transport travel records were extracted.From the perspective of travel times statistics,travel frequency distribution,travel time and length distribution,and the connection characteristics of each station,the personal attributes(age,gender)are distinguished,different situations such as working days,weekends,peak and peak were considered,and the bicycle connection public transport travel records are extracted.By comparing the travel characteristics of public transport and the travel characteristics of public transport,the temporal and spatial evolution law of transfer passenger flow of public bicycle connecting with conventional public transport are analyzed.Finally,the influencing factors of the choice behavior of public bicycle connecting to the conventional public transportation from the aspects of personal factors,travel habits,the built environment of public transportation stops,and the characteristics of transportation modes were summarized,and then the general regression model and the multi-layer linear model for analysis were established.The research results show that: the multi-layer linear model considering the station built environment factors was better;the gender age variable is significant,and the number of transfers of young and middle-aged users is more;the average waiting time of public transport has the greatest negative impact on the transfer volume of users in terms of travel characteristics,and the higher the frequency of users riding bicycles and taking public transport,the greater the transfer volume;in the built environment,the POI density,road density and intersection density of educational institutions,corporate enterprises,entertainment places and other types are all negatively correlated with users transfer volume.Based on the significant factors that affect the transfer volume,the relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
