The engineering education accreditation system is an important part of China’s engineer quality assurance system.The improvement of the engineering education accreditation system is conducive to promoting the international flow of engineering technology talents in China,enhancing the international competitiveness,strengthening the connection between engineering education and industry,and improving the quality of engineering education.In order to ensure the quality of engineering education,it is necessary to establish a perfect graduation requirement achievement evaluation system and change the traditional concept of prioritizing investment rather than output in the evaluation process.China Engineering Education Accreditation Association upholds the student-centered,results-oriented and continuous improvement as key accreditation concept,conforms to the development trend of systemization and standardization in the development process,which has achieved the transformation of China’s engineering education accreditation paradigm and provided a reference standard for the evaluation of learning outcomes.Under the above background,this research attempts to comprehensively use a variety of research methods to propose a set of highly operable overall design schemes for the evaluation criteria of graduation requirements.In order to achieve this goal,this research first sorted out a large number of relevant documents;this research made a comprehensive and profound review of the development process and development achievements of the achievement degree evaluation;this research selected the United States and Canada with a perfect engineering education accreditation system With Germany as the research object,it analyzed the "evaluation process","evaluation method" and "evaluation mechanism" of the degree of achievement,and gained some enlightenment and experience from it;Research on the basic process of evaluating the degree of achievement of the four professional graduation requirements of Southeast University in-depth and detailed analysis.The concept of curriculum goal achievement was put forward and given its connotation.This article believes that:the graduation requirement achievement degree evaluation can be composed of course goal achievement evaluation,various education links goal achievement evaluation,third party achievement evaluation,etc.Among them,the achievement of course objectives is one of the most important components.In this study,a set of operable graduation requirements evaluation standards and sample tables were designed.This work has made a meaningful exploration in the aspects of optimization and operability of the evaluation method for the achievement of graduation requirements.This research is mainly divided into the following parts:The first part is the introduction.According to the background,purpose,significance,literature review,research methods and technical routes of the research objects,a careful combing and comprehensive summary were made.The second part defines the connotation of the graduation degree achievement degree and other concepts,and puts forward the concept of the course goal achievement degree.Provide clear ideas and theoretical support for the writing of the thesis through literature research.The third part discusses the degree of achievement in China.A detailed study of the development context,history and achievements of China’s engineering education accreditation graduation requirements.The fourth part is the typical case analysis of the degree of achievement of foreign engineering education accreditation graduation requirements.For the case,from the aspects of evaluation standard,evaluation method,evaluation mechanism,etc.,the basic content and overall framework are introduced.The fifth part is the research and analysis of the degree evaluation work of the graduation requirement of Southeast University.By case analysis,it analyzes the evaluation responsibility subject,evaluation method,evaluation target content,evaluation mechanism of graduation requirement achievement degree,clarifies the implementation status of graduation requirement achievement degree evaluation,and puts forward the improvement suggestions.The sixth part is the overall design of the graduation requirements and the evaluation standards and related sample tables.Study the design basis,logical structure,construction principles and methods of the evaluation standards for students’ learning achievements.Based on the aforementioned research,design the evaluation recommendation standards and evaluation sample forms of theoretical courses,experimental courses,graduation designs,questionnaires for graduates and employers.The seven part is the research conclusions and prospects.The preliminary research results are summarized,and the research conclusions and possible innovations are given;the possible trends of the future development of the graduation requirement achievement evaluation standard are proposed.Constructing a scientific and practical professional graduation requirement achievement evaluation system is the key work of engineering education accreditation.The fundamental and core of evaluation work is the learning results achieved by students;the entire evaluation involves groups including students,teachers and graduates,Employers,etc.Based on the OBE concept of the graduation requirements to achieve the degree of evaluation standards and sample tables,is guided by the basis of the relationship between graduation requirements and course learning outcomes and assessment methods,etc.
