The hematology analyzer is widely used in blood routine examination of hospital clinical laboratory. The application of embedded technology in the healthcare industry is also the future direction of development. The introduction of high-performance A8 microprocessor and Linux operating system are more conducive to improve the instrument detection, control and management level of man-machine. Based on the actual product, the paper studies deeply the design and implementation of hematology analyzer management system.Based on the principle of electrical impedance detection, namely blood cells can cause the change on both ends of the positive and negative electrodes after counting hole, The hematology analyzer classifies and counts blood cells by voltage pulse. The hematology analyzer adopts double processor architecture:operation management system selects Cortex-A8 processor, both with the executable module adopts the distributed control system based on CAN bus communication. The paper focuses on management system. The management system adopts AM335x processor to built hardware development platform, extended system memory of DDR and Flash and the needs of data storage. The human-computer interaction adopts TFT touch screen, and the design of USB, RS232, SD card, CAN bus, the network interface used for instrument debugging and data communication. The Part of the software is composed of embedded Linux operating system, customized device drivers, the human-computer interaction interface, database management and embedded web server. Through testing and running of the man-machine interface control instrument, it is helpful to realize the cell signal collection and storage of subsequent used in instrumental analysis and calibration, can display, query and print test results, and the test results uploaded to hospital LIS system through the embedded web server. After the successful debugging of the software and hardware of system, We study a curve fitting method of correction Kurt principle error. Finally, we conduct integrated tests and overloading of the hematology analyzer, and the overall performance of the instrument satisfy the design requirements.
