In recent years,China’s economy has developed rapidly,and the number of motor vehicles has increased dramatically.While bringing convenience to residents,it has also brought about problems such as traffic congestion and difficulty in parking.Park and Ride,as a combined transportation method,has played a major role in solving these problems.China’s rail transit construction has also been continuously improved,providing more convenience for people to travel,and laying a solid foundation for the study of the development of parking and transfer systems.It first introduces the domestic and international development history and current status of parking transfer,summarizes the experiences and lessons encountered in the history of parking transfer development in many countries,and combines the current situation of transportation development in China to analyze and demonstrate Multiply the feasibility and necessity of development in China.Secondly,combined with the development status of China’s parking and interchange facilities,the parking and transportation demand prediction model is studied,and the factors affecting the choice of residents’ travel modes are analyzed.Based on the random utility theory,a binomial logit model for the choice of residents’ travel mode is established.By combining RP and SP surveys to obtain travel data,the parameters of the model’s characteristic variables are calibrated,and a method of parameter calibration using SPSS software is proposed.Based on the demand forecasting model,a dual-target parking transfer location model was established.Firstly,the location and influencing factors of parking and interchange facilities are analyzed.Combined with the research object of this paper,the location function model is established with the objective function of attracting the largest number of interchange users and providing the best service level,and the travel cost is introduced as a constraint condition.In the selection of the model algorithm,the artificial bee colony algorithm is used to solve the problem,and for the problems that are easy to fall into the local optimal solution in the algorithm,referring to the cross thought in the genetic algorithm,the traditional artificial bee colony algorithm is improved and proposed improvements Artificial bee colony algorithm.According to the target model,the improved artificial bee colony algorithm,genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are selected for solution.Numerical examples are used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm,and the optimal algorithm and location results are selected.Combined with the parking census project in the Taihu New City area,the residents of the area are selected to conduct a survey,analyze the survey data,establish a binomial logit model,and use SPSS software to perform parameter calibration to obtain the P + R in the Taihu New City area.Transfer utility equation.With reference to the future subway line plan of Suzhou,draw up suitable parking and interchange facility alternative points,obtain relevant data,apply the dual-target parking and interchange facility location model to the actual situation,and provide a certain amount of location for parking and interchange facilities in the area Theoretical guidance.
