Research On Project Management Process Reengineering Of Construction Enterprises Based On BIM

The integration of BIM and project management has become an inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry,but at this stage,the effective integration between the two has not been realized.The application level of Bim in the actual construction enterprise project management is still low,and there is a lack of clear project management process under the BIM environment.Therefore,how to systematically design a set of project management process based on BIM Technology in construction general contracting enterprises,promote the integration of project management and BIM Technology in construction enterprises,guide construction enterprises to carry out project management process reengineering,and improve the application efficiency of BIM Technology in construction enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the construction general contracting enterprises under DBB mode as the research object,and uses the theory of process reengineering to study the project management process of construction general contracting enterprises under BIM environment.The specific research contents are as follows:First,identify the key process of project management in construction enterprises.First of all,based on the literature identification method and WBS work breakdown structure method,this paper sorts out 35 project management processes in four stages:bidding stage,construction preparation stage,construction stage and completion stage.Secondly,using F-AHP method,35 project management processes are comprehensively evaluated according to the three first level indicators of process importance,process barrier and BIM impact,and six second level indicators of corresponding owner attention,project management level support,owner satisfaction,process operation efficiency,BIM transformation feasibility and BIM transformation optimization,and 11 project management processes of construction enterprises are identified Manage key processes.Secondly,the improvement design of project management process of construction enterprises based on BIM.According to the 11 identified key processes,the overall improvement business process is the main one,and the gradual reengineering strategy is adopted.Each key process follows the steps of problem diagnosis,BIM application solutions,and new process design,and is reengineered respectively.The project management process based on BIM is designed,including bidding management process,deepening design process,construction organization design preparation process,etc There are 20 key processes and strong related processes,forming a BIM based project management process map of construction enterprises.Third,the practice effect analysis of BIM based project management process of project a.Through the specific application of BIM project management process and application points in the practice case of project a,this paper tracks the project and interviews the main project management personnel.The results show that the BIM based project management process can promote the integration of Bim and construction enterprise project management,and improve the project management level.To sum up,based on the theory of process reengineering and the project management process of construction enterprises,this paper uses the research methods of literature review,WBS work breakdown structure,expert interview,questionnaire survey,F-AHP and case analysis to identify the key process of project management in each stage,analyze the problems existing in each key process,give the application solution based on BIM,and design the project management system based on BIM Through the case test,the BIM based project management process map of construction enterprises is formed,which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the BIM based project management process reengineering and implementation of construction enterprises.
