| Hull workshop is a very important production unit in shipbuilding industry,which accounts for one third of the overall production cycle of ship products.The new market situation of ship market requires that the production workshop of ship enterprise can effectively use the product design data,improve the production scheduling and scheduling ability,improve the transparency of workshop logistics,quickly respond to the production factors such as the adjustment of product production schedule,the change of production resource status,the status of intermediate products,the status of raw materials arrival,and meet the implementation of top-down production plan.However,the existing problems in the hull workshop,such as the backward use of product design data,the large granularity of work package decomposition,the unknown dispatch information,the failure to obtain the status of production resources in time,and the backward means of workshop logistics monitoring,seriously restrict the improvement of the overall production control capacity of the hull workshop.In view of the current situation of production management and overall information level of hull workshop in China’s shipbuilding enterprises,this paper analyzes the characteristics of production management and actual business requirements of hull workshop in Huangpu Wenchong company,and combines the manufacturing execution system System,MES)theory research,put forward a new idea of lean production management in shipyard’s hull workshop,and develop a set of system suitable for Huangpu Wenchong company’s hull workshop through the research of building workshop work package division rules,dispatch list dispatch technology,logistics monitoring technology,pulling plan management technology of fetal position resource constraint and integration of design and production materials Build the executive system,and through the trial and optimization of carrier products,finally achieve the improvement of the comprehensive management ability of the workshop. |
