| With the rapid development of air transport industry,problems such as poor coordination between air traffic control regions,frequent flight delays and so on are emerging in China or even around the world.Therefore,it is imperative to take air traffic management reform measures to adapt to the future development.How to divide the air traffic management area reasonably to meet the future air traffic development needs more appropriately is a very important work.Based on aviation big data,this paper studies how to divide the air traffic management area around the world,which is conducive to the efficient operation of air traffic.Based on the concept of "close connection of aircraft in the same traffic management area and the relatively sparse connection between different traffic management areas ",the clustering algorithm is used to partition the area.In terms of method selection,the results of K-means clustering,DBSCAN clustering and FCM clustering algorithm are comparedand then FCM clustering algorithm which is robust to traffic management center is selected as traffic management area division algorithm;Then,in order to overcome the shortcomings of FCM clustering algorithm,which needs initiative input of the region number,the comprehensive region division evaluation index is introduced.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the original FCM clustering algorithm which can not get the boundary of traffic management area,this paper proposes a clustering boundary recognition algorithm.It can be concluded that China’s air traffic management area should be divided into three major management areas: new "northwest China" air traffic management area,new "North China " air traffic management area and "South China " air traffic management area,the global air traffic management area should be divided into three major management areas: "Asia Ocean" air traffic management area,"Europe Africa" air traffic management area and "America" air traffic management area;Finally,based on the prediction of the future flight volume between "airport pair" by using the grey gravity model considering the impact of high-speed rail,the future air traffic management areas in China’s mainland are divided.The results show that the future air traffic management area is still divided into three major management areas: "northwest China","North China" and "South China",but the boundary of the management area will be changed. |
