| With the rapid development of home circuit intelligence and security,intelligent early warning technology is widely used in the field of home circuit current detection and protection,which can assist home users in completing corresponding information monitoring.As an intelligent control system,intelligent early warning has been paid more and more attention by countries all over the world.In the intelligent early warning system,the current detection technology has become the mainstream in today’s circuit early warning system with its advantages of high efficiency and low power consumption.In-depth study of the STM32-based intelligent early warning control technology has very important practical significance for the intelligent development of home circuits.In the design process of the intelligent early warning system,the overall scheme design of the system and the design of each module were first carried out.The system uses STM32F103 as the main control chip of the system.The whole system is designed into current acquisition and control part,power supply part,load circuit part,alarm part,relay protection part,GSM module and display screen part.Among them,the current acquisition part mainly consists of a sampling resistor and a current amplifying circuit.The power supply part is input by the mains,processed by the transformer to step down,and then output the DC voltage through the rectifier bridge.The load circuit part uses the switch to select the load resistance,and select the corresponding resistance value according to the actual situation.The buzzer alarm part uses a simple active buzzer.The relay part is mainly used to cut off the input of the power circuit and play a protective role.In the display part,we use a 3.2-inch TFT LCD screen to design and complete it through the USART HMI platform.The GSM module is mainly used to send warning information to users.Synthesize the interaction of various modules to provide basic guarantee for the realization of the system.Finally,software simulation experiments and hardware field tests are used to verify the stability and effectiveness of the home circuit intelligent early-warning system designed in this paper.The results show that the early-warning system designed in this paper can cut off the power supply and protect the circuit in time when the home circuit has an early warning situation.And user safety,has important practical value and research significance. |
