Case Study On Internal Control Of Procurement Of S Railway Company

Nowadays,while the China railway system constantly reformed,railway enterprises have attached more and more importance to the modernization of their management.The importance of internal control for the development of corporates is self-evident,among which the internal control of the procurement process can affect the operating cost,efficiency and property safety.In this situation,we use preceding literature as theoretical basis,and the internal control over procurement of the S railway company as a case to study,combining with the characteristics of the railway procurement,control measures and the actual implementation of the internal control,the effectiveness of the internal control of S railway company’s procurement is evaluated,and some defects are also found.Correspondingly,the countermeasures for S railway company to improve its internal control of the procurement are also given,which is to emphasis its risk assessment mechanism,strengthen the management of the supply chain,improve the procurement pricing mechanism and the construction of big data platform.Hopefully can this case study provide reference or inspiration for industries,organizations or individuals to study the internal control of procurement.
